Just came out of this salon and I'm appalled ! I paid 89 bucks for my daughter and I nails .. simple manicure nothing crazy and 1 pedicure .. for 89 dollars that's a lot so I wasn't that impressed to tip because that's quite a lot .. but when we were leaving they demanded I give a tip and got angry I gave a 20 dollar tip .. how much do they want ? I was around the neighborhood and searching a nail salon with good reviews and found this place . The salon is very clean and that shows they take customers safety seriously . They got paper seat cover and keep distancing for each station. The technician applied some antibacterials on my hands first then by a hot towel . She took her time to take my old polish off and gave me a pair of gloves to protect my skin from the UV lambs. I got the color gel manicure for $32 which is reasonable pricing . She also gave me the paraffin wax for my hands which left my skin so soft after . Before I left she even gave me a gift set which contains hand sanitizing wipes and hand moisturizer for the holidays . I will definitely come back ! read more

Place is always immaculately clean. Staff is lovely and efficient. Prices are very reasonable and they have a discount for paying cash as well as some membership discounts over time. I came here with my 12 year old sister for the holidays and we had a blast. They catered to us and made us feel like princesses. The pedicures were incredible. They used hot stones and us feel special. They also did a gel manicure on me and did a regular manicure on my sister. My lady was named Jennifer and she was AMAZING! She was so nice and honest. I got a gel manicure and it was solid. This is a clean place that is well decorated and has flat screen TV playing Food Network. They provide you with a timer in case your car expires at the meter which I found thoughtful. The paraffin dip is sooooo relaxing and warm! They didn't have the gel color I was looking for (taupe) but they combined two colors for me since I had settled for a polish that that turned out to be transparent. The only downsides to my experience were: -moderate amounts of pain as the manicurist pushed back my cuticles very aggressively- she noticed my wincing and went a bit gentler -not sure why this was done but she went one nail at a time alternating hands and then putting it under the UV light so I had to pay attention the whole time so I can switch out hands every few seconds. I didn't bother asking her though because I noticed that she would stop working on my nails when I would talk to her. Despite the seemingly inefficient process she finished pretty quickly! read more

Horrible service! I been coming here for years and recently stopped because I moved. I came back today to get a pedicure and a gel manicure. Firstly, I asked the manager if she had the colors for the design I wanted she handed me a box and walked away. Secondly, I asked if she could help me and she then said we don't have it and walked away. While my pedicure was going on, the employer cut my cuticle and I started bleeding. She then started to spray nail polish remover and hold it over my open cut which started burning. Then puts a bandaid over it to stop the bleeding and started to paint my nail with the bandage on. She then finishes my entire pedicure mind you in 10 minutes and walks away. I didn't even attempt to get a manicure because of how terrible the service is now. I then spoke to manager and showed her how sloppy my nails are and how my toe is still bleeding and she looks at me and says does it hurt let me fix your feet. I'm upset and and ashamed of the service here! read more

This was my first time coming here. I called ahead of time for a gel mani ($30) on a Wednesday at 5:30pm. They took me in fairly quickly and very friendly. They had plenty of gel colors to choose from and the environment was clean and organized which is a big plus. My nail technician Young was professional and very friendly. I really like how they provide free paraffin and a quick shoulder massage with my gel manicure. I felt rushed through the entire process and embarrassed to tip. I went for a mani-pedi and wax. I planned to pay for my service with my debit card and give cash as my tip. When I gave the lady my card and the amount to swipe for, she says to me, "What, no tip?" Not giving me a chance to pull my hand out of my pocket (mind you, she didn't polish my nails as yet). She repeated it multiple times, even though my nails were not polished, my eyebrows were still crooked and she rushed through every entire process. I felt shaded, so with the $15 in my hand, I said, "I was planning to, but since you want to be slick about it, run my card for the amount of my service please". She was completely shocked and tried to put in a fake smile. After I signed for my sub-par service, I walked out without my nails polished. Stay away from this place. I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait for a pedicure. After about 40 minutes, and multiple people who walked in after me being taken, I was told I was next, as there were no upcoming appointments scheduled. After being told this, a woman walked in, stated she had no appointment, and sat down to wait. A few minutes later, a chair opened up, and the woman was told to sit down by the same employee who had previously stated that I was next. My manicurist was extremely nice and took her time with me (which cannot be said for a lot of the other nail salons around the area). I asked for a manicure and a UV gel pedicure. I also received a foot bath and hot stone foot massage that felt amazing, I believe it was part of the mini spa special. I came here because of the outstanding reviews below because I am out of state. The girl who gave me a pedicure was phenomenal so if you want a great pedicure... I recommend coming here. Now onto my manicure, at first she was removing my acrylics which was PAINFUL and then when she got to the last finger she ripped off the nail which resulted in MY NAIL ripping. She asked what shape so I gave her a picture and said I'd like for my nails to be this way. First she made them too short and when i corrected her she "recommended" that i get them that way. They're my nails!! She then made them longer after I had to insist. None of my nails are the same shape. My hands look completely different. The shape is sloppily done. It is inconsistent in thickness and I honestly cannot wait for a week to pass so i can go somewhere that is experienced and knows what they are doing. Ill never come here again. I've been going to this salon for years and I love it, it's extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. I would normally give them five stars but because of my last experience there on Saturday I'm only giving two stars. I was getting the powder gel for a while and loved it. It was expensive ($58 including a pedicure) and after a while it didn't last very long so I was told by the owner to try the gel manicure instead. So I did and was charged $78 for the gel manicure and pedicure with no explanation why, I was just told it was $78 this time but it wouldn't be the next time. I also did not get the paraffin wax that other customers received with their gel manicures. I'm so disappointed with them for overcharging me like that. read more

this is a nice, light place. unfortunately, i cannot recommend the manicures here. the pedicures are very worth it in my opinion and I would come back for one, but they did such a terrible job on my nails that I would never get a manicure here again. after leaving. i noticed that the polish itself was very lumpy looking. and the edges were not painted as one would expect. not only that, but one nail has already chipped toward the base. not even chipped, it was just put on so strangely that a particularly thin part has eroded. i haven't done anything strenuous with my hands today, either. maybe the gel manicures would be better, but stay away from the standard ones. read more

Ok, so I went here 10 days ago and I got a gel manicure. I was lucky enough to have met Young (not sure how it's spelled but she said "like young, not old" ) She did an amazing and thorough job and most importantly....I still don't have a single chip. Never in my life have I gone passed day 7 without a chip or straight up peeling.
