Brittany and Company is the most disgusting hair salon I have ever been to in my life. They are very rude. The prices are completely off the charts and there's something very shady about that place. I've been going to Kim for my hair since high school and she is amazing! Her colorist skills and ability to talk out what people want and match it to what would best work for them style wise is why I still go back over 10 years later. She layers and shapes hair better than anyone and has fixed some crazy hair-mergencies. I've gone from brown, to highlights, to red, to brown and it all looked great. I've come in with really frayed and messy hair cuts from local salons and Kim would fix it nicely. Kim also did my hair for my bridal party and everyone looked amazing. I had a very bad experience here. The hair stylist did a very rude thing. I sat in her chair with dripping wet hair while she did a "touch up" on another customer. I sat for over 15 minutes waiting for her. Finally I decided I had waited too long. Since I am not rude I did give her a 20% tip and left... with wet hair. The staff at Brittany & Co are not only professional, but they work together like a fine tuned machine. They all help each other out, and want the best possible experience for each customer. Linda has been cutting and coloring my hair for about 5 years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I always love my hair when I leave. I have been coming here for a few months. The people at the front desk and who answer the phone are nice and courteous. Ro is amazing! She does everything including cut, color, and Brazilian blowout/Keratin treatment. I highly recommend her! This Sunday I came in for a blowout and makeup. Ro did my makeup and did a great job. Libby did my blow out. It looked ok, but it fell limply an hour into the wedding. It felt like she rushed through my appointment because she was working on 2 other clients color at the same time. Overall, I have been very happy with the salon and plan to continue going there. read more

Saw Ro for my haircut (straight, medium length with soft layers) after two botched jobs elsewhere and I was beyond impressed. She's an amazing professional and we had a nice chat too! Then another girl gave my son his first haircut which isn't easy at 17 months old! I think we went through 3 lollipops and 2 pacifiers but she did a great job! I only gave two stars because I ended up getting a discount and the staff was friendly... I went to get my makeup done here for a wedding I was in the bridal party, I barely get my makeup done and just wanted it done for that day. Upon entering the receptionist was very friendly and greeted me also asked if I wanted something to drink..my appointment was at 10:00 am and I had told them that I had to be out by 10:30 the latest because I had to be with the bride to take pictures by 11:30. The makeup artist was also a hair stylist her hair was unkempt and she was wearing sweatpants! Didn't look professional at all... she was working on another client when I walked in so I waited for my turn... She then takes me at 10:15 so I was a little annoyed she tells me to sit down in her chair and asks me how I wanted my makeup done and so on.. She was pretty friendly.. However when I saw the makeup that she was using .. Oh my god, horrible the foundation were pharmacy bought neutrogena brands and she kept all her makeup unorganized and dirty from powders, it was very messy .. She also kept leaving me sitting there every 10 min to check her client that was getting a shampoo and glaze in the back very unprofessional ...After applying my foundation she then proceeds to "contour" my face with no contour kit just using the neutrogena foundation. I had asked for a smokey eye and a winged eyeliner the eyeshadow came out looking okay but when she went to work on my eyeliner oh my god I wanted to cry. I looked like Amy Winehouse! The "wing" was SUPER THICK and curled at the ends I can't even begin to explain how HORRIBLE it looked at this time it was 11:15 and I was super agitated that it took her this long for her to do my makeup! I had to tell her to immediately take off my eyeliner and I proceeded to put it on myself! She had also applied lashes and they looked super uneven .... I'm never going back here EVER I ended up being late ... Thank goodness the bride was still getting her hair touched up here and there when I arrived at the house .... Overall WORST experience ever.. Do not get your makeup done here! They are NOT makeup artists. read more

This place is horrible and my wife had gone the last two times in 2017 and one was worse than the other. The final straw we called the hairstylist Libby and she never contacted us back. Terrible service, always feeling rushed out of the salon and terrible terrible coloring of the hair. So vain that she knew better than what the customer wanted? She totally ignored the request of how to style the hair and color. I only wish there was a negative zero star. Don't waste your time with them. read more

I've been getting my hair done by Brittnay for some time now and I have to say she is the best hairstylist/colorist I've ever had and I have very high standards. I grew up in the hair salon industry, my father was an amazing hairdresser. My hair always needs to be perfect, it's just something I was brought up with. Brittnay always makes me feel so beautiful and does exactly what we discuss. Many times I just leave it up to her as to what to do and it's always amazing. I've sent her many of my friends, people who had color problems who used box die who wanted to go blonde people who try to go purple and ended up all different colors and she's made everyone feel beautiful leaving that salon. She is also super smart and totally and understands the chemistry of the color products she uses and the chemical products she uses. I cannot recommend her enough. I also love all the people at the salon everyone is so nice and always helpful they always give me coffee :) Love the jewelry they have at the counter and I love the products they carry. A Girl's haircut Is really important. This salon was pure perfection to me. The lady who washes hair was so friendly. There Is an comfortable environment here with friendly people. Andrea Who cut my hair was so friendly and perfect. I got my haircut and color done from her. She was so good that I went to get a keratin treatment and it was perfect.
