I've been here a few times for haircuts (in the evening) and was never disappointed but last week,…read moreI decided to go right when they opened and my experience was not so great. The hair stylists weren't in yet, the receptionist was rather rude and the owner wasn't any better. Luckily, Jenny, the stylist they assigned to me was great. She was extremely friendly and bubbly with an upbeat personality. I can tell she was very passionate about her work and also gave me opinion on color options for my hair (she is also a colorist). Long story short, I only requested for my split ends trimmed- no wash, no style, which was done in 15 minutes but ended up costing me $60. Seems a bit overpriced for a dry cut? Maybe I should've just gotten everything done (wash, dry, cut & style) since I found out at the end, it's the same price anyway. The reason I didn't was because I had just washed my hair the previous night and coming here was a last minute decision. However, Jenny did a really good job on trimming my ends and my hair feels so much healthier. Would I come back here for highlights done by Jenny? Only time will tell...

I never knew this salon existed right outside of Nordstrom's (across from Sephora). I was meeting a friend for brunch and decided to try my luck by walking in. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in and was able to get a blow out done instantly. Summer asked what style I wanted and in detail. I liked how she asked me exactly what I wanted, ie: if I wanted volume on top, what type of curls, etc. Most stylists just tend to do what they want or see fit. I liked how my hair came out and would definitely come back again. The blowout cost $40 (excluding tip) but with the Yelp checkin, I received 10% off. Everything came out to $50 after discount and tip. And best of all, they are open on Sundays!

I purchased a keratin treatment coupon from Groupon for this spa based on its high ratings there…read more Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not checking Google reviews and trusted Groupon blindly. I have had keratin treatments multiple times, so I know how they should be done. My Groupon coupon was for $101, but the spa asked me to pay an additional $75, which I did. Surprisingly, they completed the treatment in just 30 minutes when a proper keratin treatment usually takes at least 2-3 hours. Still, I trusted their process. The real disappointment came after the first wash, 48 hours later my keratin completely washed out, and my hair returned to its original state. When I went back to the spa to address the issue, they refused to even check my hair and told me to contact Groupon instead. When I insisted that they were responsible for the poor treatment and requested a refund, they started bullying me, behaved in a racist manner, and told me to leave their property. This place is not only scamming people with fake treatments but also racist. Beware! I am not gonna trust any Groupon reviews blindly from now on
