I look like a cockroach with antenna's, she said oh no while cutting my hair. my bangs are extremely short uneven and oily. I asked for layers and she barely cut. She poked me in my eye many many times causing it to swell up when I got home. I have to go to a VERY important wedding in 2 days as one of the main guests. It's so bad i have been crying for a day and a half already. NO ONE should go here and Ashley should get fired IMEDIATELY. And I'm a nice person in all my years I have never thought I would say this. Missy was super nice and thorough and took the time to discuss my hair with me, make suggestions and listen to my concerns. She and Gia were so kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and I was really happy with my immediate results. Now that I have been here for the third time and I feel like what my old salon did to my hair color is behind me, I can truly say that my hair has never looked better.
