As for the barbers I've tried several all good but ZANDER was the best, great stylist and knows his craft. There are very few things that worry me in life and going to a new barber is one of them. It's a hard thing to find like seeking a new doctor or mechanic. Now this might sound like hyperbole but as someone I see with great frequency it matters a lot to me. I found AMG on Yelp and based on reviews tried it. Well after my cut and experience it was well deserving of 5 stars. You book an appointment online and you are all set. You are sent multiple reminders which is helpful. There is a massive open public lot behind the stores so take advantage. Walking in this place has a beautiful aesthetic, it was classic barbershop meets the modern elegance. It is really an experience from the moment you walk in until you depart. I sat in a beautiful waiting area and soaked in the atmosphere. My barber Yosef greeted my and it was like meeting an old friend for the very first time. As I sat down in the chair, Yosef asked me what I wanted and consulting with me, we figured out a new look for my hair. He continually said "I want to do exactly what you want so you are happy" this attitude was amazing and it showed in the care he took to his craft. I have been to many barbershops/salon in 37 years but this was different. My barber had a vision and he truly put in the work to visualize it. My cut was a processes and honestly it felt like not one single hair that was supposed to be cut was left. He did not miss and his attention and care to detail showed. The entire experience with a hot towel shave (you have to try it) was worth it and more. It is not your typical barbershop prices but given it was more than "just a barbershop," wonderful friendly staff, knowledgeable barbers, and I walked out with a new look. I confidently feel I found my new barbershop. 5/5 stars! read more

My husband and I stopped at this barber shop before we headed for the airport. Upon entering, we were offered coffee or water and went immediately to the chair (no wait). Ben was the barber working with him. My husband showed him a picture of the type of style he would like and after one quick look Ben was on it. While I have been to very few barber shops, I have to say I've never seen a haircut done with such precision. He was treated like a king as they buffed his nails while they were cutting his hair. My husband also mentioned to Ben that he's never had such a thoughtful haircut. Ben gave his hair a good wash and touched up the work he had done before hand, making this very time effective as we were in a rush to make it on time for our flight. The place had a very mellow vibe and was artfully decorated. Ben was very easy to talk to and did an amazing job. Without a doubt this is the best haircut my husband has ever had. I don't have the time and was thinking of rescheduling until this barber started getting loud on me. Like I did something wrong. Yelling that he only has 2 hands. Great personable skills. I started going here before they officially opened. For the past 6 months, I have scheduled my appointments 3 to 4 weeks in advance. I have responded to the numerous text messages and emails confirming my appointments. Every time I arrived at least 15 minutes early and every time they ran 40 to 60 minutes late. Today was the last straw. When I arrived I proceeded to go and sit down. Two minutes later the receptionist walked over and advised me they were running late. She said she was trying to call me. Strange... the text messages got through. Well after 6 months of displaying respect and showing up on time if not early I felt totally disrespected. Having the owner late for every appointment with one excuse after another was totally unacceptable. I walked out. I will now look for another place to get my hair groomed. Sorry guys.. you lost this customer. Not very professional always running late. My time is also valuable. read more
