The worker was transparent immediately about being appointment based. However he stated if I could possibly give him a few minutes to reach the shop he will take me immediately since I am only getting an undercut done. I would've been fine with just accepting that they're appointment based for the day off the simple fact that when I called someone answered!! He was patient with my request and not dismissive because I didn't have an appointment. The vibe is definitely simple and straight to the point which I like. No sheep in wolves clothing. I waited no longer than the time he asked me to wait and got my cut by a professional who made sure to clean his hands and equipment before event seeing me, with great customer service and to be honest the same amount of talent as the barbers at "the groomsmen of Long Island". So if you ask me, I would rather spend my hard earned money here than anywhere I have to worry about a barber lacking customer service and also becoming threatening to a female. This was a complete shocked to me, because I have never been denied a haircut based on my gender.
