It's a west indian barbershop full of interesting personalities and great barbers. No wrong decision with Ray, Marlon, Martin, Buggy, or Pops cutting your hair, though Pops and Buggy normally cut the older customer's hair. They talk Politics, Religion, Sports, about each other, and are still able to laugh about it and do their job. Don't come up in here tryin to start any mess. Even though I haven't seen it, I know there are a couple cutlass' around the shop somewhere, lol. There is a bathroom inside. Please don't bring food inside (it says so on the front door.) Finally, be patient. There are some days you can walk in and walk right out afterwards. There are other days that it can take you a couple hours. Do not walk out and think that your spot will be held. The rest of us that tip well and respect them will take your place in the chair, lol. Come get your cuts from here!

Which was…read moreunderstandable but the gentleman that answered stated they would be there Tuesday and with more availability. I came at 9am, store looked to be still shut down so I waited about 15 minutes tried calling 3 times. No answer. I've gotten a cut here they're very nice people and great cuts the vibe is welcoming and clean from my prior experience's. However no value for others time. As a business owner I stress employees on punctuality and being present. So it's a personal principle of lack of presence or communication of the lack of presence. If their voicemail even stated that no one would be here I would be impressed.... But after waiting for an hour I'm pulling off at 10am with a well overdue hair cut bc finally someone was in the shop, to only tell me he has an appointment and no other solut, Never coming back. To add as I'm in my car writing this another Slap in the face. A worker comes out to my car stating I should have made an appointment which was never suggested to me as they stated before they take walk ins and I was told to be here Tuesday at opening. First chairman to the left. He got nasty with me and told me then he was upset with me because I was leaving this review. I had to close my window because he became aggressive and unprofessional. You can take certain people out of certain situations but they can't hide their character defects for long. Disgusting response.

I was 5 minutes early for my appointment, showed him pictures of myself with a cut that I got from another barber which was very easy to replicate, a simple fade. The window for my appointment started closing down and he realizes he won't be done with my hair in time before his next appointment and starts rushing, and ruins my haircut. I am 1000% not pleased with how my hair came out. Overall, not a good experience, thank God hair grows back else I would have been livid. If I could have given this place 0 stars I would. Nothing was sterilized, rushed my haircut, it came out uneven and I was not happy. Two positives were, he was very welcoming and friendly, and the price was very reasonable, but this place will not see my face nor my money again.
