This was my third time at this new shop and I know that this place will become my regular shop There is a wide variety of services along with a basic haircut, shaves, facial massages, etc. I try to come mid-day and during the week as they tend to get very busy here. They are very through here and what I think should take 15 minutes always takes 30-45 minutes for the compete "hair-cut" experience. However, my only complaint for the staff is that they don't follow directions properly or carefully. They even ask me if they want any part of my face to be waxed. Ever since this incident occurred, it's been getting a little annoying. The flyer doesn't even tell you how much the waxing is going to cost per part (and that's how they get you) of the face but most likely it's $15-$20. Also, I asked them nicely to trim my hair only on the sides and DO NOT trim on the top and what do they do? They trimmed the top. I wanted to keep my curls on the top because my girlfriend loves them and I do too, but I guess maybe I wasn't clear to them or they couldn't understand English very well.
