As a business owner I stress employees on punctuality and being present. So it's a personal principle of lack of presence or communication of the lack of presence. He ended up cutting it super short to where I absolutely hate it. Also, in front of their business is a sign that says, " $15 haircuts, first time customers only". After the haircut was over, I went to pay and he said $25. I said I'm a first time customer. he then said that's only for the student barber. Then he pointed to a woman who wasn't there when I first came in and said you would have to get your haircut from her, I'm the owner. I assumed there was fine print saying that on the sign outside, but when I went and looked, it said nothing. I have very busy schedule and don't have time to be waiting to fit into someone else's schedule. To avoid scheduling conflicts he uses a user friendly app that allows me to book my appointment ahead of time as well as pay right after using my credit card. Very convenient and always on time with his schedule. The other aspect is that he offers many different grooming services to prepare you for any event.
