I will post the photos of how my hair came out when I went in and asked for a balayage. It turned out to look like a bleach blonde mess that was nothing like the photos I had shown her. My hair was completely damaged and I paid around $150 for that, not including the tip I had to pay. Then, I went back to Buffalo where I go to college and got my hair fixed by Karissa Minner at Exclusively Hair Transit. I have attached photos of what she did to my hair and that was EXACTLY the same thing I had asked for at this salon and was also cheaper ($130). I also got my hair dyed here brown before that experience. I was asked if I want a blow dry, thinking that it would be included and not extra. I declined because the price was already so high so only a small section of my hair was blowdried so I could see if I liked the color and I was forced to leave the salon with wet hair. That employee also takes frequent smoke breaks, which is uncomfortable for me to get my hair done around someone who reeks of second hand cigarette smoke. My sister has gone here and has the same awful experience as me. I actually just went in today when I saw they have a sign for $80 keratin treatments, depending on length and thickness and I went to ask if I would qualify. I was told, by the older employee with the black hair, my hair would be $150 because of the length. She also told me that it's for new customers only, which I missed on the sign, and I said I hadn't been in there since 2015 because I was away at college. However, she said they're "looking for new customers". One would think a business would want to retain old customers. Don't go here unless you want to spend money on a job that looks worse than a box dye for the price of a salon appointment.

I can't believe it's even taken me this long to write a review!!! The cut is always precise, and the stylist, Diana is perfect. It's evident that she takes her time and pays attention to detail to achieve my desired look each and every time. I also took my 5 year old daughter for a cut and style today which Ambar did on her and needless to say, my daughter was delighted as I was with her results. If you're the type of person who also loves a top notch experience, then this is THE place to go. It's super trendy with a vibrant atmosphere. It is always clean, well-lit, and nicely decorated, which adds to the overall experience. I feel relaxed and pampered during my entire time there. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Then she had me sit in the chair Haircut: The guy Alex ham came over I showed him the picture I wanted mind you my hair was to my collar bone area and I wanted a pixie cut he went on about how it was short very short so short after he complained about that he then cut my hair. While cutting my hair he was all over the place and talking to the other employee I just felt like he wasn't really paying attention. Once he was done he took the robe thing off and used the blow dryer to get the extra hair off but left a lot on my arms. He also cut it a bit shorter than I wanted on top but that isn't the end of the world. After I thought a 15$ haircut I gave him a 3$ tip and when I was walking out about to open the door he then said ma'am you didn't pay I said I did pay online he said how much I said 15$ and he said no for your services today it's 70$ before tax so he took the 15$ and deducted it and had me pay the 55$ extra and the tax It was horrible unprofessional and not clear at all and online it didn't even state details on it just a women's haircut is 15$ very misleading they need to be shut down. So either I get my money back or I will take the complaint further. Horrible service and place don't waste your money, they rip people off.

Most days, when I enter the salon, I am greeted by Tanya, who is one of the most gracious and competent front desk managers I have ever encountered. I get my hair cut by Albert, whom I affectionately call "Edward Scissorhands" because he is a master at cutting hair. Each time I visit, he finds new ways to style my hair, as he is always learning the latest techniques. He truly is the best. Sometimes I simply tell him to "do what you want" because he knows my preferences well, and he always gets it right. I used to have my hair colored by Albert as well, but one day he was extremely busy and suggested I try Marianne, one of his top stylists and colorists. I took his advice, and I have been going to her for years now. She colors my color thoroughly and professionally. Both Albert and Marianne are incredibly skilled at their craft. I feel fortunate to have found such a fantastic salon right near my home!
