Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. The Spa is really nice as well, smells wonderful, looks clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. I might schedule a facial here soon.

There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.

I sent Jennifer a picture of what I envisioned along with pictures of the venue, my dress, bridesmaid dresses, and invitation to give her a feel of the wedding. I wanted a natural look with a red lip. From the moment I opened the door, I knew she would add to the calm I was trying to create for my day. The trial was like catching up with a friend. She was extremely friendly and we just talked while she worked. She took the picture I brought and altered it to compliment my features. She nailed it on the first try. She was early the day of and flexible with the order as we weren't exactly on top of who was in what order to get hair and makeup done. My makeup looked as good at the end of the night as the beginning. With the lashes package, you get one of her Almond Cosmetics color lip gloss that I used as a refresher during the night.
