I had Enzo who was rushing through the cut like he had somewhere to be. He clearly wasn't paying attention to anything because he asked me the same questions multiple times. A kid out of barber school could have done a better job than him. I left totally dissatisfied and am now looking for another barber shop to see if I have any recourse other than buzzing my head. He went too short and too uneven. I'm shocked with the good reviews because I've never receive a worse haircut in my life. You know a haircut is bad when the barber says "don't worry, it will grow back".

Malinda is a sorceress when it comes to curly hair! Not only did she give me THE best haircut of my life... but she taught me a very cool way to style my hair. She also recommended an amazing product for me that I've been using and loving since I got my cut 3 weeks ago. Also they call Kaylee a young blood colorist .... But I don't see anything beginner about her skills! She was able to get my color EXACTLY how I wanted, despite my crappy vague direction. It was even and glossy and perfect. I walked in looking like cousin It from the Addams family. I left looking like a goddess, if I may say so myself Thank you ladies! Can't wait for my next appointment, you're stuck with me now

I had super curly hair and it was uneven in the back after the cut. It appeared as if all my hair was gathered into a ponytail and cut at the top. It was so heavily textured that there was nothing for my hair to have shape leaving it frizzy. When I went back to my regular hairdresser who cut off all the "points" at the ends of my hair, she tried to leave me some length. Sadly, my hair looks like it was cut with a weed whacker, as if there were no actual style I could reproduce or work with when I got home. I am trying to grow it out and it has been terrible to try and style. I do not recommend this niche haircut.

I saw Evil Fades had an opening with Vic online so I jumped on it. First impressions: Super friendly staff. Everyone from the woman who first greeted me to the people in the shop. The place has a good vibe that makes you feel welcome. Also, the haircut started right on time which was great because I was in a bit of a rush and feeling kind of stressed. Service: Excellent. It's hard to find someone who listens and my hair is super hard to cut because it's either missing or grows fast in all the wrong places. Vic assessed what I needed and asked questions before starting every section. The taper was super smooth and professional. It was exactly what I was hoping for. This almost never happens btw so I really want to give Vic credit because he's not only highly skilled but I could tell he stands behind his work and took extra time to be sure everything actually looked good. After the cut, the hot towel was a nice touch. I got to the airport feeling much better. Highly recommended.
