They're so into coloring and extensions. People seem to lost the talent or ability to cut hair... Cut hair into his style, not just long straight across. There was an honest mistake with the appointment me and my daughter have been customers there for a while. They still charged the late fee($55.00) so be careful at this place. They have no loyalty for real clients to waive the first late fee. No compassion. Pretty Greedy. I asked for a later appointment same day and that was on them saying no we are full. I Was very disappointed with my hair appointment at your establishment. I came in at 10 AM for a haircut and color and by the time I was done with the color, the hair conditioner and the hair shine. It was after 2 PM. My stylist was blow drying and curling someone's hair as I stood waiting to get a haircut after being in your salon for almost 5 hours. I walked out after your stylist ignored me why I was sitting there waiting for a haircut. I was not happy with the additional charges for hair conditioners and an upcharge bc my stylist graduated to the next level. Malinda is a sorceress when it comes to curly hair! Not only did she give me THE best haircut of my life... but she taught me a very cool way to style my hair. She also recommended an amazing product for me that I've been using and loving since I got my cut 3 weeks ago. Also they call Kaylee a young blood colorist .... LOVE this Salon!! I go to Glen the owner for my haircuts and I have never in my life gotten so many compliments on my hair. I'm talking, I went to the gym the next day after I slept on my blowout and I had Gym guys complementing me on my hair. He's the haircut whisperer! Now for my color and highlights, I go to Carlee & my color has never been on so on Point. I just tell her what I want she does it. loved getting my hair done there, but first small problem is they always do special treats while washing my hair and not telling that it is extra I use the same products as their salon. At the time I was seeing my stylist she was a junior stylist so on my last visit with Kayla who I adore no one even gave me a courtesy call to tell me she is now full stylist and that the prices have changed. I think I should be warned $ 500 later and my pet peeve is even when I am getting my hair highlights and about too finish there should be no other customer in chair but me waiting for a hair cut not at those prices. I'm super disappointed in my service. I was really excited to try this place as I hear a lot of hype and good things about it. I won't mention names but my stylist was unfriendly and made me feel like I was bothering her. I paid $325 for full highlights and my hair looks the same. It's uneven and still pretty dark when I put it up. I need to go somewhere else for another partial to get it where it should be. I wear my hair up ALL the time so the front hair frame of my face is important to keep light which I mentioned. On top of that no one told me I would have to pay another $60 to dry it. So, I left with my hair wet but my bangs dry. It was a mess and I'm not even mad I'm just upset. I wanted to feel good about my hair and self after the appointment and I ended up feeling like I threw my money away and have to start over. read more

The concierge led me to a chic table to wait on my stylist, took my coat for me and checked it and asked if there was anything I needed. Once in the chair, I was asked by two different assistants if I would like a drink (coffee, tea, wine!). My stylist, Jill, was professional, personable and aimed to please. She has been my go-to for years before she was at Lambs & Wolves, but her skill-set is so much more diverse and refined since working and training with this salon. I left amazed and like I found my colorist (after moving to the area and trying out a few different people)... Derrick is amazing, I almost don't want to leave this review because it feels like I'm giving away my secret sauce. He totally understood me and gave me precisely what I was looking for, he's a straight up artist, you can see it in how he works and it's very cool to watch. I'm a brunette whose been blonde for the last 4-5 years and this was my favorite color I've ever gotten. Update: Linda! Oh em gee, she's wonderfully talented. I got a long bob from her and it's so on point. Also, I went in on 7/15 and the salon itself still has the awesome energy it normally does and you can tell everyone is very focused on keeping their clients and themselves safe. Unprofessional when mistakes are made. My hair highlights were not done correctly. Half the highlights for the same price. They sent me home in a conditioning mask and didn't check the color. When I returned with dark roots and minimal highlights, I was told " it looks fine" " I didn't do anything different" " I only have 15 mins to fix this problem so do you want more highlights or not?" I'm sorry to say my experience with the STYLIST at Lambs and Wolves was very disappointing. After my third haircut with Linda, my inverted bob looks choppy and the right front point was cut off into messy layers. It is so obvious and looks terrible. Anyone who wears this style knows that the way it swings forward to a point is the beauty of the cut. I went back to the salon to discuss what can be done. How to correct this mistake or just make it look a little better. I was hoping to get a little understanding from her, it didn't happen. The stylist was adamant, there was nothing wrong with the cut. Left the salon feeling so disregarded by the stylist. Being in a service business myself, I would never let a client leave feeling so disregarded. I always feel a bit of humility goes a long way. I would never let my ego get in the way of listening to my client. We all make mistakes...Nobody is perfect...however, It's a confident person who will admit when they've made a mistake. read more

Just had my hair done for the second time at Lambs & Wolves. I was happy with the first cut that I had 8 weeks ago but not satisfied with the upkeep cut. Not only did it cost the same amount as the first visit (where 6 inches were cut off!), my hair was left smelly from strong hair products used on it, has a tacky and sticky feel, and I still have the dreaded triangle look (flat on top and poofy on the sides) that all women with curly hair fear. So now I am out $80 + (tip for washer and cutter), sporting crunchy, sticky triangle hair and have a headache from the styling products. Not happy. read more

I saw Brianna and not only did she give me an amazing cut, she was SO warm and friendly and just full of good vibes right from the start.
