I ended up leaving with a completely different result. The nails were uneven and had visible bubbles, but I didn't say anything at the time because I was in a hurry. Less than 10 days later, the gel polish started peeling, and by February 27 (just two weeks later), the acrylic had completely lifted off. I have never had a full set last only two weeks before -- even at lower-quality salons -- especially when there is a gel top coat. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had, especially considering how expensive it was. To make matters worse, the person who did my nails was the owner himself, and no cuticle cleaning was done during the service. Very disappointing overall.

My daughter is only 10 years old so I usually pay child prices for her they didn't look at her as a child and charge $50 just for a manicure and pedicure which I thought was overpriced for a 10-year-old child. I did see a sign saying that they had to unfortunately raise their prices due to Product price being raised. Other than that, they did an OK job and got us in and out in a timely manner. I had no other complaints other than the high price for a child which caught me off guard and I wasn't expecting so I didn't let her get the extra stuff that I normally would.

They're never busy and we will take our dog with us and she will let my dog run around the store because they don't care. You want an appointment you could get that appointment the same day because they're never busy I refuse to ever go back there again the owner doesn't listen to you. Since Swank opened, I've had several family affairs where up to eight of us needed updos, blowouts, makeup applications AND lash extensions at one time...before, during and after hours!
