Why not treat myself to extra goodies after the holidays... Prices are good only if on sale. ;)
Brenda C.

I love make up. I love testing things out prior to purchasing because I have such horribly sensitive skin. I went in there too purchase a Foreo 2 for sensitive skin. They did not have any in stock. Got talked into purchasing another that's for normal skin. That's fine. Had that in my hands and continued to peruse the aisles. Saw the Born This Way foundation. I asked a dashes person for a sample of a color. She just said she could put sooner in new and I can look in there mirror. Ummm, no. Bottom line, it depends on the sales person. Some are sweethearts and really care about what your needs are and some are just... Weird and treat you like all you want are samples. I get it but again, I'm holding an item that I'm going to purchase. It's but like I just go there all e times and ask for samples all day. Plus, they're supposedly known to gives you samples unlike Ulta. Depends on the sales person. That's all I'm saying. Will I be back? Only if Ulta or Nordstroms ran out of something.

Super dirty display.

The dirtiest Sephora I've ever been to. The skincare products and displays were COVERED in dirt, dust, and extra product as well as extremely old and grimes testers. I called in to ask a question and the lady on the phone seemed so quick to hang up, it's like she didn't care to actually help me. Same went for when I was in the store. I had to ask the same question to 3 different people until I got an answer that seemed like it was honest, and I wasn't being brushed off. I give this place 2 stars for the 2 lovely associates that did help me out.

We went in for several eczema with my child having a flare up at the appointment and after being shown pictures of the severity of her skin.. they prescribed her a cream for moderate eczema. We've been waiting on a script to be sent out for almost 1 month now with no help except the run around via phone. This practice is a complete joke UPDATE: Absolutely bogus and foul. My daughter is in fact a patient. Take accountability of your unprofessional business.

VERY professional, knowledgeable, friendly, took her time and explained fully. I also liked the front desk Jessica who was efficient, responsive, welcoming and I watched her follow through on all commitments she made to patients checking in and out. I tried 2 other dermatology offices before this one and I was astonished at how poorly run they were and the dermatologist at each was only interested in pushing me to buy peels, etc. This place was really TOP NOTCH. When I had a very complicated issue involving a nerve they gave me a reference to an expert in that area rather than risking an issue for me. They could have done it and it probably would have been fine but fine is not good enough for them or me. They wanted to ensure I had excellent results and limit the number of times that something had been done. WHO does THAT anymore? They were great! TIP: If you go to the Freehold site, the office is located in building C in the back of the building complex and the sign out front says Pinho Professional Center on one side of the building complex and Cancer Center with Dermatology Associates in itty bitty print. The challenge was finding the site - but it is SO WORTH THE EFFORT!!

I am in absolute disbelief and emotional distress. My friend was unfortunately placed with a waxer named Vanessa, someone she had never seen or heard of before. And after today, I hope and pray no one ever sits in her chair again. She has no business touching anyone's skin, let alone working in a professional setting.Vanessa was cold, unfriendly, and barely communicated with her throughout the appointment. Right away she knew something was off. She applied the wax dangerously close to her undereye area which is something I've never had done before I have also been going to EWC for years and now I'm scared to return. The wax was burning hot she texted us to tell us how much it hurt she said "ouch, this wax is really hot" and she continued without hesitation WHO DOES THAT! After she ripped the strip from under her eye, she stared at the wax for an uncomfortable amount of time she knew exactly what she was doing I now know why: she had already torn her skin. She moved onto my upper lip, used the same way too hot wax, and again she told her it was burning. She still didn't stop. And then as if things couldn't get worse for my friend she rubbed alcohol into the raw skin. ALCOHOL. Directly on broken, burned facial skin ARE YOU EDUCATED. I have never had that happen before OR HEARD OF THIS BUT MY FRIEND IS NOW A VICTIM OF YOU, because any trained esthetician knows how dangerous and painful that is. HER skin felt like it was on fire. After the appointment, SHE walked out to pay, and I could see it in everyone's faces something was wrong. MY POOR friend has to look in the mirror horrified and scared of herself. She has deep rips under her bottom lip and a tear under her eye. Not irritation full rips. Where was Vanessa? She hid. She didn't come out. She didn't apologize. She didn't own up to a thing. Just vanished.she is a 20-year-old college student. Never on and has no acne medications or topical treatments nothing that would have made my skin sensitive. This was 100% her fault. Now we can't enjoy the sun during her birthday weekend, no pictures, and she may end up with scars on her face for life -- all because of someone who has no business waxing professionally. I am devastated and needed to make sure HER voice was heard and it WILL be. This is not just a bad service. This is physical damage. This is unacceptable. Vanessa should be reported, retrained, or removed from her position before she permanently scars someone else.Corporate, if you are reading this which they will so Vanessa prepare this is a serious liability. You owe me not just an apology, but real accountability. The lack of care, the absence of professionalism, and the physical damage done is appalling.Do better. And get Vanessa away from other people's faces before this happens again.

To start off she was very unfriendly. Then she started to wax my cheek and put the wax under my eye which I had never had done before and I frequently get waxed at European wax. The wax was also extremely hot to the point where I said " ouch the wax is really hot". After the first strip which went under my eye (not supposed to) she stared at the wax strip for at least 10 seconds. I thought something was off but then again I just thought maybe I had a lot of peach fuzz and she was judging me. Then she proceeds to wax my upper lip which was so hot and extremely burned my skin. I then told her it was burning and she put another wax strip on my lip and then wiped it down with alcohol. I then knew something was wrong because never in my life have I had my face rubbed with alcohol which continued to burn my face even worse. After my appointment I walked out to pay and Vanessa stood outside the door and looked pale. I then realized my skin had deep rips and tears about an inch wide and long under my lip and a tear underneath my eye. Now my birthday is ruined, I can't go in the sun, my face looks hideous, and I might have permanent indented scarring for the rest of my life. After I spoke with the front desk and they did not charge me due to the fact of how bad my face looked, Vanessa hid and did not even bother to apologize. This girl needs to be fired and find a new profession because she is going to scar everyone's face. I am so disgusted with the way I was treated by the waxer. The front desk lady felt so bad and she however was very kind. Keep in mind I an a twenty year old college student who will now have huge scars for the rest of her life. I am also not on any acne medication so there is no reason to why my skin would have ripped other than a horrible waxer that used wax that was too hot. I am disgusted and I cannot fathom how remorseless Vanessa was.

RESPONSE TO BUSINESS:…read more Let me get this straight, you are blaming me for your expired products and rude staff? Really? I was 100% given a hard time during the return process. The interaction was tense, dismissive, and uncomfortable, which is why I spoke up at the time. Whether that tone shows on "video" does not change how it was experienced in person. The facial also caused a major breakout. My skin is still healing! I've had plenty of facials before, and this is the first time I've ever had a reaction like this. I did not previously leave a positive review. This was my first visit and my only review. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the spa is pointing fingers at me, citing "footage" and a supposed positive review that doesn't exist. Their response is ridiculous and only reinforces how unprofessional this business is. My original review stands. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've never had such a hostile and weird experience at a spa. I spent over $125 on a facial and $100 for two products for my birthday, only to find it smelled disgusting and when I looked at it more closely it was expired. From the moment I walked in and tried to return them, the receptionist was aggressive, rude, and interrogating, as if I owed her an explanation. When I mentioned returning the second unopened item (that wasn't "expired"), she treated me even worse. I literally had to say, "There is no reason to be so nasty to me?" because her behavior was so unprofessional. She then called the owner in front of me, framing the situation to deny the return. I was told she would "make an exception," as if the return was some huge favor. FYI, I was never told products were nonrefundable, and selling expired ones should be corrected without argument. To top it off, the facial caused a horrific breakout. I won't be returning and would caution others before spending money here.

This was absolutely disgusting and I hope the appropriate measures are taken. I will be taking my business to Sephora or elsewhere.

I went to this injector with concerns about possible filler migration in my lips. I was told everything looked normal and that there was no migration. Trusting that professional opinion, I left things alone -- but deep down, something didn't feel right. I eventually went to a different injector for a second opinion, and she immediately identified significant filler migration, not just in my lips but extending around my mouth. It was so extensive that I had to have all the filler dissolved. What was even more concerning was that the second injector told me that my lip anatomy was not well-suited for the amount of filler that was originally used -- and that I should have never been injected with that much in the first place. For context, it was only one syringe, but even that was too much for my natural structure. She said a more experienced or ethical injector would have advised me to start with less, or not inject at all. I wish the original injector had been honest and taken a more conservative approach instead of brushing off my concerns and pretending everything looked fine. Transparency, education, and good judgment are key qualities in a medical aesthetic provider -- and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here. After the dissolver was injected, my lips became extremely swollen -- a common reaction only when filler is present. If there had been no filler, my lips would not have reacted this way. I also provided photos documenting the swelling to support this

I walked up to the register expecting this to take maybe thirty seconds. The cashier looked at me and said, "I'll be right back." No problem in theory. Except what followed was one of the slowest, most passive aggressive performances I have ever seen in a store. He did not just walk slowly. He dragged himself across the store like every step was an act of protest. He went to deal with another customer somewhere else, moving at a speed that said very clearly, "Your time means nothing to me." No apology, no "Give me one moment," nothing. Just vanishing while I am standing there at the register like an idiot holding two candy bars. Then the return trip. Same slow shuffle back. No urgency, no acknowledgment that I had been waiting this whole time. By the time he finally got back, several minutes had passed for something that should have taken less than a minute. I told him, very calmly given the situation, that he should have checked me out first. His response was, "He was ahead of you." That explanation would carry more weight if he had shown any sign of trying to be efficient or considerate. Instead, he decided to prove a point. He started scanning my two candy bars with exaggerated slow movements, like he wanted to annoy me on purpose. This is not just bad service. It is contempt for the customer. If you work a register, your job is simple. Acknowledge the person standing in front of you. Move with some basic level of urgency. Do not act like ringing up two items is an inconvenience to you. And absolutely do not respond to feedback by intentionally slowing down more. Management needs to take a serious look at who they put at the front of the store, because this kind of attitude drives people away. I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on.
