This is my go to salon for all my hair needs! Joanna is my girl and I've been going to her for years. I followed her here when salon seraphim opened about 2-3 years ago. Joanna is absolutely amazing at what she does. Amazing cuts, blow dries and recently I started getting my hair highlighted. I pretty much let her do what she wants because I trust her. I'm never disappointed when I leave. As for the salon itself - this place is trendy and chic. The facility is clean, the decor is lovely. They offer coffee and donuts for you. I don't really know any of the other stylists as Joanna is the only one I go too but they seem pretty friendly. I went to christy for a blow dry once since Joanna was off and she did a great job as well. Courtney who runs the reception is great. She's very friendly and helpful in every way possible. They also have a boutique shop for accessories and a professional makeup artist who used to work for MAC. They recently started a rewards program where you can get $20 off a service after you've had 8 (?) done. Totally appreciate that because any girl knows hair care can get pretty expensive! I really like this place and have no complaints. Go check it out! read more

Wow. Hands down, this was the best hair salon experience I have ever had. From beginning to end, everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel like they've known me for years right off the bat. My stylist was Gina. Before they even shampooed me, Gina took time to see what I was trying to go for, examine my hair and let me know all of the possibilities due to my hair type and the fact that I had previously dyed it at home. She was extremely thorough, honest, and up front about pricing. After the consultation, we began highlights and then a glaze. Even the girl who shampooed my hair was great! I ran out of time due to my own poor planning and came back the next day to cut and blow out my hair. The phenomenal service continued. I knew this would be the best cut I ever had after noticing how different the technique was that Gina was using. No one has ever dry cut my hair in order to ensure the layers blended and enough volume was achieved. The end result is the best cut, color, and style that I have ever had. Combine this with the kindness of the entire staff, and they have made a customer for life. Thank you, Gina and Salon Seraphim staff! read more

I cannot day enough good things about this salon! I started going in June after a neighbor recommended Michelle. I had been going to another salon for over a year and the hairdresser was never able to give me what I actually wanted (even after 8 processes/appts). One visit to see Michelle and I had exactly what I wanted! She listened to me and managed my expectations but also exceeded them in every way. Even though I was lightening my hair it did not feel dry or damaged after. I never felt rushed and I felt like her only client while I was there. She gave me some great advice for hair color management but didn't make me feel pressured to buy their products. The other staff is attentive and kind. I was offered coffee/tea and the girls were even kind enough to give me a nail salon recommendation in the area. The salon is super chic too and welcoming also. I've since had additional appts and have not been disappointed. I will continue making appts w Michelle because she does great work, the products are of good quality(BB), and the salon staff is super sweet! read more

I got my hair highlighted with Marissa twice after I found Salon Seraphim. As an Asian woman, I used to go to Asian hairstylists and that was the first time I went to a non-Asian stylist. And it turned out very satisfactory! Marissa is very nice and skillful. I was very happy with the result: my hair looked nice and the highlight seemed natural. The salon is clean and pleasant. And the price is reasonable considering the quality and time they spend on the work. I highly recommend Salon Seraphim. (The first time Marissa washed my hair and she did a nice job. The second time an assistant did it and I could not speak too highly about her job. My hair was dripping water after she had done washing. The water ran into my eyes and it hurt! She conditioned my hair for only 10 seconds, just poured some conditioner on my head, and rinsed it right away.) read more

Salon Seraphim is my favorite hair salon and stylist Jen is the only person I trust with my hair. She has a great eye and knows exactly what hair cut/style/color would look best on me, plus she gets to know her clients and so she knows me well enough to know what I would love most with my hair. I live over two hours away and the trip there and back is always worth it, I have never in my life been so happy with my hair. I haven't had my hair done by any of the other girls there but everyone is so friendly and I can tell from photos posted to the salon's facebook page that they also do some amazing work. STUNNING! I always have an amazing experience at Salon Seraphim. Christi has been doing my hair for 14 years. Her and the entire team there are amazing. Every time I go in I feel like family. Courtney is amazing. She always takes care of me and makes me feel comfortable and at home. Michelle gave me the freaking best lash extensions I've seen . I of course had them do my hair for the biggest day of my life (my wedding) and it was breathtaking. I'm tough. I never ever know what to do with my hair for a special occasion, but Christi (as always) made me feel so beautiful.
