I took my sons for a haircut here. Everybody was lovely except for Steve, who cut one of my son's hair. I kindly asked him to make the front shorter due to the texture of his hair, and received an inexplicably rude refusal to do so, followed by an instruction to sit down and a willingness only to speak with my husband. When the manager tried to intervene, he spoke to her as rudely and inappropriately as he did to me. He then continued to shout at me, got in my face, and threatened to throw us out of the shop, for the unthinkable crime of "telling him how to do his job." I am shocked that a business can employ such an individual who seems to think it is appropriate to berate not only his (female) customers but even his (female) staff. It's a shame because everyone else was nice and I didn't really have an issue with the haircuts themselves. But because of this individual, we will never return. read more

I am a 16 year old kid. I had long curly hair and asked for a half an inch and a 2 on the sides. My barber steve was rude from the start and had his own agenda. He gave me a completely different cut, then what I had asked for, and took 2-3 inches off the top. When I expressed my disliking to the cut steve took offense calling me a punk kid, who did not know what he was talking about. He then yelled at me and my mom, saying to her that she didn't know how to raise me. I proceeded to come home and cry because of how bad I felt it looked. I am in complete shock as to why this man was hired. Easily the worst haircut I have ever gotten. read more

Had a great experience the first time I came here but my second completely ruined it for me. I came in for a beard trim which says $10 and up I ended up getting practically shaved to the skin and a $30 hot towel shave with whatever the bells and whistles were that I didn't ask for walk up to pay and they ask for $30 plus tax that I didn't have so I had to use my card.
