She and the rest of the staff are very friendly and attentive. The first time I went I got a hair dye and blow out/curling and the results were beautiful. HORRIFIC experience please never go here. Asked for a balayage and left with tiger strips and unblended pieces. The placements of their highlights look like they did it in the 90s, very old archaic technique. The manager Erica is so terrible and unprofessional. Pieces of my hair were burnt off from the front and she claims I did it to my self and I'm lying. Overall. They do not do a good job and charge a lot of money. Avoid if you want to save damage to your hair. They will also treat you horrible if you hate or dislike your hair and will NOT work with you. Avoid at all costs read more

She walked me throughout the whole coloring process because I was super nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing blow out as well which lasted me for 3 days!! I have never been happier with my hair. I have been coming here for a little over a year and we have worked my hair back to health after I had severely damaged it. I have been to Alexis, Debbie, Tony, Gina, Marijo here. I can't decide who I like more. They have given me many tips on at-home care for my hair so it would no longer feel like gum when it's wet! I found this salon completely by accident and it's really a great find! I had become dissatisfied with my previous salon and was on the search for someplace new. Meanwhile, I was long overdue for a cut so I made an appointment with Alexis based on one of the reviews here. When I came in, Alexis consulted with me about how I wanted my hair to look, what I didn't like about my previous cut and how my fine hair would have the most volume. She made sure to take off enough inches to make my hair look healthy again without making me nervous about losing too much length. She took her time cutting everything carefully, blew my hair out and then made sure the cut was perfect after it was dry. Then she gave me the royal treatment with the curling iron. I had always wanted to wear beach waves but my naturally wavy hair actually doesn't look right wavy unless it's blown out first and then curled. Other places have used a straightening iron on my hair, but never a curling iron, and I'm 1,000 times happier with the results of the curling iron. There was so much volume and texture in my hair and I can't even remember the last time it looked so fabulous! Alexis also gave me tips for blowing out my hair as well as for curling it so I can try to achieve the same results at home. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process taking her time to make me look my best and even gave me a goody bag to take home. She was super sweet and we chatted the whole time like we had known each other for ages. Plus you can see she loves what she does which really means a lot to me as a client. The salon itself is beautiful and clean with lots of light. It's family run and everyone from the stylists to the front desk is very friendly. They make you feel welcome, offering coffee, water, cookies and more. Prices are good and they sell a variety of products to take home. The only downside is that I don't live closer. This is definitely a salon worth checking out and I highly recommend Alexis especially if you have longer hair but it seemed like you can't go wrong regardless of which stylist you choose. read more

The salon has a great vibe, lively and fun, and a great stylist, ALEXIS!!! I was ready for a change from my very long hair and my daughter recommended her. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I didn't know what I wanted....she looked at my hair and then at me and gave me 2 great suggestions for styles that would look good on me. She also said baby steps...so we went with the less extreme cut of gorgeous layers to just past my shoulders. LOVE IT! Her hands are beautiful and she cuts hair like she's playing a harp. Maybe I'll get the shorter cut one day, maybe I won't, but I have my next appointment scheduled. I'm thinking to try some highlights. I did buy one of the products Alexis used, Airy Builder, because I felt that it did what it's supposed to and I had been looking for a good product to use on dry hair.
