I was getting a full body massage and yet I had to ask for that? she seemed annoyed. when I asked her if she could massage my jaw (I have TMJ) she flatly said "No." it was bizarre to me. this is what I am paying for! when I paid I left a $5 tip because I felt %15 was fair based on the not so great experience. and she gave me such attitude. she said twice, "$5 tip?" I asked her "is that ok? what should it be?" and she just walked away from me. it was so incredibly rude and I felt very disrespected. i will never come here again. maybe there are others who work here who are kinder but this woman really ruined the experience.

Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. I've lived in this town for over three years and never thought to go in, but it's lovely! The staff is great too and the prices are very fair.

Meanwhile I have been charged another monthly fee while I have been trying to cancel.
