I've been burned by him which triggered aggressive hyperpigmentation before with his Aerolase Elite Laser as well as left blisters with laser hair removal because he couldn't determine my correct skin fitzpatrick. But I still kept coming to see him. But today was unacceptable. Until he added "employees" under his business name things gotten super sloppy. I've never booked with Vagaro to see Michael because I have his contact information and he has mine to book appointments so he knows who I am but, I reached out to him and he did not responded so, I immediately went ahead on Vagaro to specifically book with HIM specifically because I know he's always booked and he has other employees and I wanted to be solely treated by him and i see he is booked up until today May 29th, 2026 and that's when I went ahead and made my appointment to specially see Michael for Laser Hair Removal, this was about a week ago. My appointment is today and I arrive to the news that Michael had left an hour before my appointment and that another provider was going to be seeing me and top of that, the same laser hair removal machine that's always been used on me is no longer held there. Okay...That's fine... but why was any of this not communicated to me BEFORE my appointment???? I NUMBED my face for 2 hours because Laser Hair removal is super painful for me and he does not numb for that service and just imagine my surprise when I arrive to the "Spa" and they tell me to my face that he ran out an hour before my appointment (weird), they wanted someone who i've never seen before nor met do my service because he allegedly does not perform that type of service anymore ( which is absolutely not wrong to have a specific service provider also If he does not perform laser hair removal then why is the option available to book with him for that specific service then???) and top of that they don't even have the same laser machine that I always used for my specific hair removal. None of this was communicated at any time of the day before my service. An absolute waste of my time & money for garbage, Michael 100% will never see me again.

The one I had was $120 value package that includes deep cleansing, massage, light therapy, and etc. Honestly I don't know all the treatments I got, but it took approximately 2 hours. It was an exclusive deal for $120. I went there during middle of Saturday, so I didn't expect the calm environmental condition to relax. However, the place was really quite and calm. They lead me to a private room to change my clothes to the gown. After I changed, I lay down on the bed. (The bed was amazing, so warm). The technician (I don't know her name, skinny with smily face) massaged my face and hair. It was the best massage I've ever had. I was almost fell asleep. Her technique was incredible. After massage, she gave me the treatment about an hour. While the technician put me on a mask, another technician came in and gave me leg and arm massages. It didn't take long but about 15 min to 20 min total? It was not that amazing like the facial technician, but it was okay. The most two things I like: 1) The facial Technician was a senior technician. really recommended! 2) Very Clean and Calm Environmental condition to relax. It is a place to make my stress away. Two things I dislike: 1) ah.. So far I remember, they didn't have like "Price Chart" or "Treatment Catalog" in front. That's why I don't remember what treatments I got. 2) The way to go to Bathroom, it was little open. I meant, with gown. The bathroom was located in the rear, but still little embarrassed with gown.
