Pam is very warm and made me feel as if I had known her forever. Let's face it, getting laser hair removal is not a fun, or very comfortable procedure to get done, especially a brazillian, but she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole time. She was extremely patient and thorough. I was totally shocked at the reasonable prices, and at her honesty. There were a few procedures I wanted to have done but Pam suggested waiting until after summer when I will get optimal results. Before doing the laser on my legs she put numbing cream on my eyebrows so that when she was finished with my legs, I would be all numbed up and ready to go. I absolutely love the way they came out! Not one time did I feel she was rushing me, getting annoyed or frustrated because I would keep looking in the mirror to see how they were coming out! She encouraged me to look at them carefully and make sure I loved the way they looked! I am so happy with not only the services I received, or the extreme reasonable prices, but the entire staff from the receptionist who greets you when you come in the door, to the woman who checked me out when I left! When checking out I asked the girl at the front desk which one to get and all she did was point to a table telling me those were the products she didn't even get up to help or make sure I picked up the right thing. I ended up buying the wrong products once I got home and noticed what I bought unfortunately it's a little too late do im just sticking to what I have.
