I've been coming to her since 2019 when I was recommended by a friend. I go to her right before a vacation to get a Brazilian wax, my underarms, and a stomach strip added. When I tell you my nerves are always through the roof each and every time I think about getting the Brazilian done especially that inner part (if you know you know ) and let me tell you, each and every time she calms my nerves. Shes non-stop talking the entire appointment and asking questions or just simple input, which I love because it helps to keep you distracted and it doesn't leave any room for that awkwardness or for it to get quiet and then you focus on the wax again. She'll warn you when she's about to wax certain areas that can be a little tougher/more sensitive and also reminds you to BREATHE which I find super helpful because I'm sweating and gripping the chair from my nerves and then it's over in a second. I also really liked that she took into consideration how cold the room was so she had me do my underarms quick and put my shirt back on so I wasn't shivering in the beginning. I was told that a manager would call me back, and there would be a $25 fee to cancel the pass. Not only was the pass not canceled, but NO ONE called! Bad experience overall with scars to remember it by. Stay away!! Update: I did contact the establishment again and was told they would follow-up with me, it's been 2 weeks. I was told it would take up until 10 months before I would see the complete results. I was told I that I was given the strongest dosage and that it was a onetime procedure and that within the 10 months I would see the results. Well, it's been over 10 months and Nothing! I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results. Everyone kept reassuring me to wait and give it 10 months it. I will be happy you'll see. 12 months later I still have the eye bags. It clearly DID NOT WORK FOR ME. Just in case you say I give a good surgery that was done the day of the service not the 10 months after which is what I had to wait to see the full results which is nothing.

These doctors are hard to find since not everyone is certified to perform this type of exam. I called several places and many either no longer existed or were not taking new pilots. Luckily, Dr Panzer's office was only about ten minutes from me. I stopped by without an appointment, not realizing walk-ins are not really accepted even though some of their online listings make it seem that way. To clarify, there are two separate medical offices in the same building, and only one side is Dr Panzer's practice where he handles FAA exams. The other side is unrelated. Even without an appointment, they were kind enough to fit me in. I waited a short time since another patient ahead of me needed extra attention, which was understandable. The nurse who took my vitals and Dr Panzer himself were both professional and courteous. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. I left feeling genuinely satisfied and relieved to have found a good FAA medical examiner nearby. Highly recommend this place to any pilot who needs their FAA medical done right.

Horrifying and terrible experience from start to finish seeing Dr. Dobryansky for a broken nose…read moreissue. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NOSE SURGICAL ISSUES. It started with a miscommunication between the doctor and the office on surgery scheduling and the nurse was extremely rude to me when I already confirmed with the doctor. Second and more importantly, Dr. Dobranksy did not communicate or educate well AT ALL and had poor bedside manners when asked questions. I had a broken nose and showed a picture and was told (since going through INS and not cosmetic) that "the hardest thing to do is straighten a broken nose" but then said "I could do it though". I should have done more research myself, but naively thought I would be guided and educated by the doctor. He made my cry right before my surgery after showing a picture again, was so rude during my post op follow up/his nurse was EXTREMELY rude and my nose looked EXACTLY the same (nothing like the picture I showed where his words were exactly "I can get you to that"). He simply should have said, I can't do what you are asking for ... I felt scammed with his miscommunication, dishonesty and lack of education to the patient. I had surgery for no reason. His staff was extremely rude throughout a hard process (as it is dealing with your face) AND to top it off - they never called my medication in before surgery, he said there was no stitches on the outside of my face and after leaving I realized THERE WAS anddddd they didn't follow up ONCE post surgery...insane and terrible experience all around.
