The place is beautifully designed, with its chic aesthetics and comfortable vibe. The receptionist in the front is very friendly and helpful. She makes the appointment-making an easy process. The laser technician is wonderful. She's highly-skilled and is confident in what she does. She makes me feel very comfortable with her, which is an important quality I look for in a laser technician. Overall, I think it's a beautiful and affordable place for anyone who wants to get their laser hair removal done and would recommend it to all my family and friends.

Went here because a business of the name "The Art of Beauty" is here as well in the same shop, I…read morebooked an appointment for dermaplaning and left with my face looking like she didn't even do anything to it but oil my face? I know what dermaplaning is and what I booked my appointment for and to be done but There's obviously a lot of peach fuzz still on my face and dead skin. When I asked her about the dead skin still being on my face she told me I needed a deep facial, if I needed a deep facial why wasn't I told this before I sat down for a service that either way wasn't done properly or of the looks of it at all? I got a second opinion from my aunt as well who owns her own esthetics/aesthetics business and even looking at these pictures I provided you can CLEARLY tell she did nothing...? I was a new client and the only thing the girl said at all to me was "you can follow me" to her suite and that was it until I came back and said how it looks like nothing was done to my face. I as well tipped $20 because I always tip good but still this is messed up. She was also very rough with my face and kept messing up my lash extensions I had just got done this same day as well. The pictures provided are minutes from me leaving the business. She had me sit back down as well when I came back and said something about it looking like nothing was done and started pushing insanely hard into my face with her fingers?? Than showed me her fingers and said look it's your pores, granted my pores aren't great but that's not what I said to her it was about the peach fuzz and dead skin still being there. Unprofessional, waste of my money & time as well honestly. It was $40 for the appointment didn't care at all to pay that it's not doing anything to my bank but I'm not going to pay for something that wasn't done or even done properly at all. I'm not mad or angry but just confused why I left looking the same exact way I came in just with oil all over my face lol. I booked with Stephanie. The owner texted me that she would offer a complimentary deep facial but I politely declined since I booked originally for dermaplaning & when I was told I needed a deep facial originally I said I'd book for that next until I was told and realized myself really nothing was done. I was asking about the Botox/fillers as well and really got no info about it from Stephanie other than being told "shes in Thursday" not even the owners/who does the fillers etc name or anything, just "she" lol. She also dug her fingers so deep into my nose. The pain was so bad. My eyes started watering so bad. I thought she genuinely took the derma planning tool and was pushing it into my nose with insane force...but it was just her fingers....

Very unprofessional business. I'm a local and wanted to try a lash lift from this location. I…read morecalled on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. This business has the audacity in not taking accountability of their actions. I don't recommend this place at all for their unprofessionalism and inexperience with customer service. Working in customers service is very sensitive and if you can handle it then this is not your line of work. Stop playing with people and their money! I already placed a refund on my bank account because like my daughter who's a 9 year old said " Mami I don't think their going to call you back" even she knows what's really up with this disrespectful establishment.
