One being is that she's willing to travel and do a spa party for a bachelorette party. Of course that intrigued me because who doesn't love a good pampering? To make a long story short I made an appointment with Sarah early one Saturday morning to see her that afternoon. I was hesitant about it because of my face but when I tell you she listened to me and made my face feel and look better best believe. Suzanne wouldn't accept the Groupon saying that I signed last year and complained that she can't make any money with Groupon. She told me to call Groupon to get my money back or give the Groupon as a gift. Groupon wouldn't give me my money back because they have a 3 day return fee. Suzanne called Groupon and they said they would reimburse me. They didn't. I'm stuck with the Groupon that Suzanne won't honor. Yes, I signed a one use Groupon form. But Suzanne, how about honoring the second on an honest mistake? Your facial was very good, your business practices, not so much.
