I originally booked an appointment and had to cancel once. They rescheduled me for Monday, but unfortunately, I couldn't leave home as early as planned because my babysitter had an unexpected issue and arrived late. I ended up being only 15 minutes late. When I arrived, they refused to see me and told me I would have to pay again because, according to them, they had already rescheduled my appointment twice and this was part of their policy. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I was only 15 minutes late because I could not leave my baby home alone, and I was already at their door. They showed absolutely no flexibility or understanding. They still charged me and refused to refund my money. This is exactly how businesses lose good clients. I could have spent significantly more money there in the future, but instead of using common sense and showing a little understanding, they chose to lose a customer over a 15-minute delay. I will never go back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their policies feel designed to take your money rather than provide good customer service. You are always greeted with a smile and warm conversation. Now to the best part: the hair removal! I have thick, coarse dark hair which means laser was invented for people like me. Suzanne called Groupon and they said they would reimburse me. They didn't. I'm stuck with the Groupon that Suzanne won't honor. Yes, I signed a one use Groupon form. The appointment process was very easy and was not a long wait. I love the decor especially- it's super girly and you can tell they care about the vibe they give off. Ina greeted me and checked me in immediately, she took before pics, did a thorough consultation and really listened to what I had wanted. It was not my first time getting filler & Botox so I had a specific look in mind & she nailed it. She gave me ample numbing cream, changed the needle often and was very sanitary and clean.
