I purchased a Groupon for this store and paid about $70 for a lash lift. I was running about ten…read moreminutes late due to parking issues however I had called ahead and was told it was absolutely fine to come in for my appointment still. I get ready on the table and said that I had only wanted to do my appointment for a lash lift and not a tint since I had a Groupon for a lash lift. I was told they could not accept my Groupon and I had to either return it or buy another lash lift to do during my appointment time. I asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow and they said I had to wait a week to reschedule, not because of availability, but because of their policy. I asked what the difference was since I was already there for my appointment, they said no reason other than policy. I explained I was unable to reschedule since I was going away for quite some time and I needed my lash lift done specifically for my trip. Then another lady came over and they both tried to get me to either buy a second one or refund it to Groupon, which does not return your money, it only gives you Groupon money, which I do not want at all. They said the Groupon should've told me that they do not accept any Groupon appointments unless it was Monday - Thursday before 4 pm. The Groupon actually did not state any of that when I pulled it up in front of them and then they told me I should have mentioned it when I called that it was for Groupon. I asked what the difference was between taking me during my already existing appointment time versus a "Groupon appointment day" and again they said it was policy and had no valid reason. Then they said that they couldn't take me because I was late, I told them that is just an excuse since they told me on the phone that it was absolutely no issue if I came in a little past my appointment due to parking issues. I understand employees upholding their policy but it seemed unreasonable, uncompassionate, and honestly terrible business for them to not level with me and insist that I refund my purchase or buy a second lash lift. I will be telling everyone that I know about this and posting this to Groupon and Google as well.

She has a new girl named Paola who does an amazing job at waxing and tinting the eyebrows. It's my first time and didn't realize how unruly my nonexistent Asian eyebrows were. I asked for a very natural look and am super happy with what I got. I believe the price is just 29$ for the waxing and the henna tint which should last 1-2 weeks if you let them set for 24 hours without water and take care like you do your lashes! The eyebrows take less than 30 minutes and with the lash and brows done I'm summer ready!!!

The appointment process was very easy and was not a long wait. I love the decor especially- it's super girly and you can tell they care about the vibe they give off. Ina greeted me and checked me in immediately, she took before pics, did a thorough consultation and really listened to what I had wanted. It was not my first time getting filler & Botox so I had a specific look in mind & she nailed it. She gave me ample numbing cream, changed the needle often and was very sanitary and clean. When I was done she explained everything I was to expect and took after photos (she later showed me these, along with updated photos, at my follow up appointment). She also gave me the cutest little bag with arnica cream, lip balm and a balm applier (so cute!) She was not pushy at all, she seemed very knowledgeable and confident, she was patient with my requests and she really did a great job, I will definitely go back!
