But Olivia talked to me for over a half hour before we even started to address all of my concerns and questions. It was so comforting and reassuring. Once the facial started we had amazing and funny conversations and she walked me through everything she did. After she was done she gave me complimentary fiji water to make sure I was hydrated after laying down for over an hour for the facial. She took her time and it was by far the best facial I ever had. So, I have had services provided at the spa on 4/19/19, 5/9/19, 5/21/19, 6/7/19, 7/20/19, and most recently on 9/21/19. Not only she is cool, like super personable cool, but she also has fantastic energy. Which for me, sometimes I need someone to make my decision if they are more knowledgeable, and Teresa is my girl for that. Recently I had a chemical peel and dermaplaning. Each visit I switched off between the Hydrofacial and the CBD oil facial (both equally amazing), but this time my girl T convinced me to try something new since I tend to struggle with dead skin clogging my pores. I did a chemical peel, she knows my skin and personality and she explained to me this is going cause mild peeling as she concocted a less intensive regime for me. The result ... the instant result is always amazing, you're glowing, the sun is shining a little brighter;). A week later result, my skin peeled slightly, as she had told me would happen, but nothing that anyone else could notice but me. I am more than satisfied with my results; in fact, as I was leaving, I asked her when I can come back next. Also, side-bar, she is always doing a new monthly special, and they're a not specials because she can't sell her services, they're specials for those looking to try something new, just like me, I tried a special one month and came to love the facial. After our initial consultation, she determined that a mandelic acid peel is ideal for my FitzPatrick V Skin Type, which is prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation especially after it gets a chemical peel. Anais is very professional and explains everything carefully. She informed me that mandelic acid inhibits melanin production that can cause pigmentation patches. Her peel after-care instructions are thorough and direct: avoid direct sunlight for one week, and always wear sunblock! I make sure that I get a peel a few times a year, usually during the colder months when the UV index is low. My skin glows now, and I look so good on Zoom. All treatments here are incredibly priced.
