So, I have had services provided at the spa on 4/19/19, 5/9/19, 5/21/19, 6/7/19, 7/20/19, and most recently on 9/21/19. I have come and gone 6 times, and with that being said, each time has been a great experience. Teresa, oh Teresa, she is a doll. Not only she is cool, like super personable cool, but she also has fantastic energy. But on another note, she is very knowledgeable, and she entertains me in the sense of she will tell me what I want to hear, but then she will say to me what I need to be doing to achieve the results I want. Which for me, sometimes I need someone to make my decision if they are more knowledgeable, and Teresa is my girl for that. Recently I had a chemical peel and dermaplaning. Each visit I switched off between the Hydrofacial and the CBD oil facial (both equally amazing), but this time my girl T convinced me to try something new since I tend to struggle with dead skin clogging my pores. I did a chemical peel, she knows my skin and personality and she explained to me this is going cause mild peeling as she concocted a less intensive regime for me. The result ... the instant result is always amazing, you're glowing, the sun is shining a little brighter;). A week later result, my skin peeled slightly, as she had told me would happen, but nothing that anyone else could notice but me. I am more than satisfied with my results; in fact, as I was leaving, I asked her when I can come back next. Also, side-bar, she is always doing a new monthly special, and they're a not specials because she can't sell her services, they're specials for those looking to try something new, just like me, I tried a special one month and came to love the facial. This place in-fact gives a damn good facial, but Teresa gives you more than a service, she gave me happiness, a sense of relief, and glowing skin and that I couldn't put a price on that.

I decided to try H.E.R. after my last visit where I used to go, I still had some facial hair. This time at H.E.R. there is no facial hair left. I also added a mini moisturizing facial, which is good right after dermaplaning to soak up alot of moister. My face was luminous! And, get this. I called my PCP office and was advised that they are faxing another referral over immediately. Dr Levine's staff said they still didn't get it after 30 minutes. I brought it up on my phone and they said its not acceptable and I would need to reschedule my appt. This is after 1 hr 30 min waiting. The office staff is not competent in their functions. Because they couldn't access the system and their appt staff saying they had a referral already, I wasted my day and now they wanted me to rebook a new appointment. The doctors there need to monitor the front office staff.

I made my appointment thru the online system and received an email confirmation. When I arrived after I filled out the standard consent I met Christina, my lash tech for that day. She looked at what was left of my pitiful lashes and we talked about the look I wanted. She brought me back to the area where the work is done. There are several tables in a calm, clean, modern environment. The tables are covered with the same paper one sees on a doctor's examining room table and I appreciated that. Cleanliness is everything! I hopped on the table and in an hour she was done. When I looked at my eyes I was so mad. They looked SO BEAUTIFUL!! I was mad because I came to the conclusion that the lasher I've been going to for 10 years has really slacked off and I guess I just wasn't noticing it.
