When she finally found what I was asking for she claimed they didn't have it. I left then called asking to speak to the manager then asked him to cancel my acct for those reasons. Six months later my doctors office sent a script there in error. I called the 2 current pharmacies I'd been using, neither had the script. Called doc then called Islip Pharmacy. Yes they had it but weren't filling it because I cancelled my account-CLICK. She hung up on me!! I had been waiting 3 or 4 days now for my script the least they could've done was to call me and explain. I asked to speak to the manager she replies 'I am the manager'. I don't want someone who can barely speak English and get so much wrong to handle my needs.

I first went to her as I was taking Pilates classes across the hall, some of the ladies in the class said she was great and I should try a facial. So I did. The room is beautiful, clean, and tranquil and you are always greeted with a smile. It's a little oasis in the middle of Islip. Brabara was able to point out exactly what was going on with my skin and after one facial with a light therapy session I saw results straight away. I was hooked. She doesn't push products, but she will recommend some if you ask her, when she does LISTEN! She carries a variety of different brands, and is able to, off the top of her head tell you exactly what is in each product, what the ingredients do and why it will or won't work for you. I try to go every 6 weeks, if it's possible. I have cut down the amount of products I use on my skin, now I am only using what I get from her, (because I've realized she knows my skin much better than anyone at a beauty counter ever will) and my skin has never looked better. Oh and most definitely ask her about her hyaluronic serum. It's a serious game changer. I'm addicted! I use it as a moisturizer, it hydrates your skin, makes it glow, plumps it up, there's nothing it doesn't do. I can't say enough good things about it!! All I can say is Barabra is now the only person I trust with my face. Once you do to her for a facial you won't settle for one anywhere else!

She tells me she needed to add this color otherwise the few hairs would not be covered. Amazing never happened to me but if she felt that ways she should of asked me because my hair is very fine and I do not have much of it.
