She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a Living Social deal back in December or January. I realized early that it's very difficult to get an appointment here which is fine because it was a great deal. With my husband's unpredictable work schedule, I had to cancel our initial appointment in April. I explained to the woman on the phone what was going on and I was afraid I would lose the voucher since it expired May 26th and they had no openings until June. Thankfully, she assured me that we could come when my husband had vacation in July and that's what we did. There was champagne and strawberries out for us. Jennifer was my masseuse and her pressure was PERFECT. I have never received the perfect pressure from a masseuse before! There were multiple lighters on the desk. There was no parking, the place says closed online. This place should not be running. It was creepy. You should not walk into a place feeling uncomfortable and a shady business. I had to pick a star to post this but it seriously doesn't deserve one. I actually lied and said I had an emergency to get out of there.
