She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I also love how they choose to use more natural products rather than products that are filled with chemicals. Nothing fantastic and for $30 for a basic pedi I was expecting a lot more. They bunch up all their nail polishes up on shelves and it is hard to pick out a color. I found out they don't do powder gel nails and don't do any waxing. I was disappointed. The place is very pretty, but with a lot of wear won't stand up to good. I just am looking for a good clean simple mani and powder gel place to go. Unfortunately this is not the place.
