They took their time, i didn't feel rushed, offered a nice variety of spa pedicures and my toes never looked better! Fast forward to my first set of nails. I hadn't done my nails in over 2 years due to surgery and was given the clear to finally get them done. I told them not to cut the cuticles and they were really very gentle. No cuts, no crazy filing, and my nails came out great. I just had them done for Christmas and I've never been more happy with a set of nails. Danny was so meticulous and patient. I showed him a picture of what i wanted and they came out perfectly. Literally took 2 hours to do them. Will definitely recommend friends and family to them.

Unfortunately, the owner of this Russian salon (who also owns Spectrum Hair Salon) was completely out of line. She falsely accused me of asking her to cancel someone else's appointment for me--which I never said. I simply asked to be notified if there were any cancellations. Anyone who knows me knows I'm respectful, so that accusation made no sense. It got worse when I went in to speak with her. I asked if she handled appointments--she said no. I asked if the owner was available--she said yes. Then she comes around and says, "I'm the owner and the one you spoke to." yeah right after I saw her whisper to two people two girls who was standing at the counter with her so it was obvious she had no interest in solving it so why should my attitude change The fact that I went there that in itself should have told her something, That alone tells you everything. Speaking calmly doesn't excuse rude behavior. The way she handled the situation was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Someone recommended this salon and I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you about my experience. The salon is very nice inside. Very clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. First I got my pedicure. I got a spa pedicure with an extra massage. The massage was so relaxing and it didn't feel rushed. My toes look great. I just got basic pink nails but they're perfect. I wish I remembers the girls name but I don't I'm sorry. Next was my manicure. I had Jessie. I needed to get my old nails taken off and the last salon I went to filed them down so much that they started to hurt. So I told Jessie that my nails were thin and please be careful. She was so careful and went nice and slow so I didn't feel pain. She cleaned up my cuticles so nice. Applied the UV gel very neatly. No bubbles or running over onto my nails. Jessie had another client so Yuki took over. She finished filling them down and I told her I loved how the filed nails looked and she said she could paint them to look like that. I trusted her and they are the exact color I've always wanted and no one could ever replicate. These are by far the best nails I've ever had and the best experience. I brought my daughter for a pedicure and they offered her an abbreviated pedicure (which is fine for her age and needs) but still charged me full price. I expressed this with grace but not only did the owner charge me an extra 15.00, they charged Sales Tax which is not applicable. First time I am unhappy in 20 years and sad that I cannot return.

They always do a great job of delivering what I asked for whether it's my normal ombré or experimenting for special events. They have a 5% discount when you pay your services in cash.
