I wanted to experience the scalp treatment with facial and a body massage. It was amazing and not expensive! The technique used was intuitive, she zeroed in on my trigger points, and she was relentless! The hot stones eased my tired muscles. The feeling of water on my head was so relaxing and the perfect temperature. My favorite part was having warm water spray on the back of my neck and shoulders while she massaged them - truly an exquisite experience! I am looking forward to my yearly trip and adding this spa as a regular stop! The ambience is very unassuming and humble, the service was professional and unique. I am never one to leave a bad review on a business, but after several months of dealing with…read moreserious health issues I decided treating myself was well deserved. I found this salon through social media and was immediately impressed by the work they shared so I contacted a stylist about booking an appointment and was told to come in for a consultation. I came in for my consultation to speak about what color I was interested in doing and the possibility of some extensions. After showing the stylist the color I wanted (i'll include the picture) I was quoted $370 for cut and color alone, at that point I made a quick decision and said F it i deserve this and booked the appointment. 2 days later after a full 8 hour shift, an hour and a half drive to the salon, and 4 hours in the chair I was BEYOND disappointed with the way it came out. Don't get me wrong the salon itself and the energy and the people working there are great but I am not the type of person to sit there and complain about the 4 hours of work someone had just done and was seemingly so proud of (as i believe most people can agree they would also bite their tongue in a situation like this) I would have said something had I known sooner than after the blowout, but when I'm sitting in a salon chair with no mirror in front of me for hours while 2 rounds of bleach are going on my head and I had no idea what it looked like the whole process what else am I meant to do but trust the stylist. So it wasn't until AFTER the blowout that I realized this was NOT AT ALL the color I had asked for. But I put a smile on my face and walked out the door after paying $370, went home and just cried over what I had just spent over half my paycheck on and now have to pay a different salon to fix because I refuse to go back to this place because I simply don't trust them..
