Very relaxing scalp massage treatment and they even blow dry your hair after! Very friendly staff and the facility was very clean.

Located right off the 347, stand alone establishment with a large parking area. Went for a facial…read moreand massage, made reservations previously online. Came on a Saturday mid day, warm welcome, they took our coats and guided us downstairs to the spa area. You walk in to a full service hair salon. The downstairs is focused on the spa only. They have resting areas, play relaxing music, and the entire staff was pleasant to interact with. Only minus was you could still hear the music and talking from upstairs when you walked by the staircase. I got the chocolate covered strawberry facial with Jayde. She was great, she answered my questions during the experience. During the mask portion, she offered a scalp massage or hand and arm massage. I went with the hand and arm massage which she did excellent with. This calming, cleansing, uplifting facial was followed by my full body massage with Lea. Lea is a gem! She wished me happy birthday a few times and gave me so much good knowledge about my body, my high tension areas and tips on how to relax them at the end of a day. Each service was about 1 hour. Total for two people facial/massage and tax/tip came to $486. I definitely plan on returning for self-care.

I found the salon on Groupon. I stopped in and spoke to Andrea about a keratin treatment, she…read moreexplained it to me in detail. I liked what she said so I made an appointment. I just got back and she did an amazing job! Needless to say, I will be going back again!

Im sorry Seven foot spa... You messed up my friends. First off, I called for an appointment and…read morerequested "David" who was the one who fixed me last time. They said "ok ok yes you come 230 for david" - so I take my husband with me so he can experience the supreme relaxation too, and I request and additional female to work on him. The put us on those big marshmallow bed chair thingy's and put covers on us and don't come back for about 15 minutes. In the meantime its frikken freezing and we are looking at eachother like...ok this should get good soon...Then the receptionist (who I found out doesn't really speak english) comes in and starts massaging my HEAD. Then she tries to put foot lotion on my FACE. I stopped her what is she kidding?!! I said where is David. DAVID IS ON VACATION. Do I really need to go any further? I told her to go massage my husband and I will be the one to wait for another therapist. (this is 35 minutes of waiting by now) My replacement therapist finally came over and started ...i felt like I was getting a massage from a skeleton. They sped through it I think it was 42 minutes instead of an hour. What a wreck...maybe they were having a bad day I don't know but one of these 2 stars is a carry over from the first time I went in hopes this was a fluke thing. They get one more shot just to be fair so lets see what happens...stay tuned

I have been going to seven foot spa for a long time. until recently, I went back, and saw that they…read moreraised the price. I asked for my usual massage therapist by the name of "sarah" sure enough.. they said sarah was on vacation!!! I said "what?" long story short, after more questioning, they came clean and admitted that it was a new OWNER. the sarah was gone, and now they have a whole new staff that ABSOLUTELY has no idea what to do when it comes to massages. the place was freezing cold. the massage therapist who had short hair and wore glasses, older Asian/female had, LONG NAILS, bad pressure, bad memory, inconsistent massage on quadrants, no symmetry what so ever. bad pressure as in, she went too deep where it hurt, and was uncomfortable. I usually love deep tissue, but if you're pressing the wrong spot TOO hard, it's uncomfortable and painful to the point where I said out loud "ouch.." and she responded "some people like it hard." yeah, well. I got news for you, no one likes it that hard. as I was leaving, she said "so, we will see you back here next week?" i'm like "yeah, sure!" nooooo thank you. I will not be returning and this place will probably end up tanking and going out of business... so... in essence, THIS PLACE USE TO BE A GOOD SPOT, and affordable, but now with the new owner, new staff, this place has really gone to shits... darn, now I need to find a new spot. they're all about money for a BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE!. the massage is terrible. I no longer recommend this spot. booohooo

I've been coming to Hand and Stone in Stony Brook for 3 years now and have always been blown away…read morewith the service I've received! Every single person here is amazing. Just from the greeting you receive when you walk through the door, you know that you are in excellent hands. I've seen at least 6 Estheticians and each one has been so knowledgeable and so sweet! They really work with you to achieve your skincare goals and make recommendations based on what you need, not what needs to sell. As someone who has studied esthetics, I've always been extremely happy with every product they've recommended to me. They're always up to date with the newest products and educate clients on the ingredients and what it will do for your skin. I've been to a bunch of different spas and no matter what, I've never felt as comfortable as I do at Hand and Stone. It feels like home! I've also received a handful of massages and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated every single time. Finally, I have to say that Hannah is the best esthetician I have ever encountered. She is so sweet, so funny, and so good at what she does! You can tell that Hannah truly cares about her clients and helping them achieve their goals. I've never met anyone that loves being an esthetician as much as Hannah! Come to Hand and Stone in Stony Brook - you won't regret it!!!
