I said that was fine and indicated I would wait on the couch in the front of the shop. She then told me I was not allowed to wait there. I explained that it was 30 degrees outside and that I had been dropped off specifically for the appointment, so waiting outside was not an option. At that point, she changed her mind and said she was too busy to take me in 30 minutes after all. This was extremely frustrating, as I had called in advance, confirmed availability and pricing, and arranged transportation based on their confirmation...only to be denied service upon arrival in the middle of winter.

She was very professional and I thought her prices were reasonable! I went on a Thursday after 3. Laureen met me when I first came in and brought me right to the massage room.
