I was in need of a neck and foot message. I found this place to be close by so I decided to give it a try. I have seen other Foot Reflexology Spa's around the area but this one seemed to have pretty good Yelp reviews. The place was very clean and warm. The owner is very nice and accommodating. They even have a VIP membership which is definitely worth it. Since coming here I would never go to a Massage Envy or any other spa for a massage again. I have been here several time and each time I come here I have a different person give me a massage and I haven't been disappointed yet. Everyone here is well trained and massage WAY better then your typical day spa. Sometimes when I go to day spa it feels like someone just rubbing oil on my body. This place is way better. 5+ I've been coming to BN Foot Spa since they've opened. The environment is immaculate, peaceful and restful. I've had full body massages and foot massages all relaxed my body and mind. I have been getting massages at foot spas for 10 years. This place is one of my favorite foot spas for full body massage. The woman that answers the phone is Lisa, I think she is the owner, but also gives massages and will answer the phone during your massage, its not a huge bother but if youre not in the mood for that don't have her, but . . .she gives an amazing massage! Came by because I was visiting the area and saw a Groupon for a 60 Mins deep tissue massage. The guy was very good he definitely got all my knots out of my back! Its also great because they ask if you prefer a male or female masseuse! It's in a plaza that's easy to find and also lots of parking! Definitely will come back! read more

This was the 2nd business of Rocky who use to own BN Nails (now Top Coat) and then he sold them both so I don't know if there was a difference in massage when it was sold. The place is cute and clean! There is a seating area and a fish tank but I never spend a lot of time in the waiting area. You go through a curtain and there are the recliners for the foot massage area. The recliners fully recline!!! They give you an eye mask to block out the light and a blanket. I've had 2 body massages and 1 foot massage here. I don't really enjoy massages (can't unwind, can't relax, don't like my calves massaged, etc) so it's never really them it's usually me. My husband gets massages once a week and he likes this place. It is the usual quick massage type places with no doors and a curtain divider but it is not seedy/dark in there. The wallpaper is gold & ivory so the rooms are nice and bright! I'm a fan. read more

Love this place. Was a little skeptical about the smaller massage stores but was pleasantly surprised by this one and have been back almost monthly. Location, is clean and very spacious compared to the other ones I've been to. Staff if super friends and the massages are great. Can't go wrong spending 40 bucks for an hour massage. Well...I am not going to give it one star because I plan to give them one more shot to be fair. The woman at the front was so sweet and apologetic with me I cant write them off but... When I went in last night my body was in pain pretty bad from working sick about 65 hours this past week and as soon as I was better, I had to spend the entire weekend after cleaning and doing yard work that got out of hand. I was hoping for a nice slow relaxing massage. The sweet woman who told us to come in was who started working on me- she meant well i think but was rough and so hurried and about 4 minutes into it I saw the flash on her phone go off. I am not kidding when I tell you she must have answered 6 or 7 calls and booked appointments with one hand on the phone while massaging me with the other hand. at one point she switched off with somebody else and I'm not sure who was doing the work on me but there were people walking in and out giving that person tips while i was on the table. The woman who did the second half of my massage was basically quickly rubbing my feet the same 3 ways for the entire time. I felt nothing but tense and heat friction from the repetitive rubbing. Honestly, i walked out in more pain from the hard table and being frustrated about how crazy this all was, than I went in with. I feel bad because she was so nice and she apologized profusely and explained they were "so busy" but honestly I would have preferred to be told that they could not accommodate me and my daughter that day because of how busy it was so I didn't have to lay on a hard table getting tenderized like a side of beef while appointments were being booked and men were popping in. I was irritated and pretty horrified by it all. ***Anybody know of a place with those big marshmallow cushiony soft bed things and quietness? Please message me I am hurting? read more

I've always gotten the 1 hour massage for $38. The place is clean, quiet, and has relaxing lighting and relaxing music. However, the massages aren't very consistent. The first massage I got was strong and effective. The second and the third were weaker and ineffective. Before the second massage, the blanket on the table was dirty and there were someone's iPhone EarPods still left there. I had to remind the masseuse to remove them. Also, during the third massage, the masseuse put wet towels on the shelf above where my handbag was stowed, and water dripped all over my bag. I really wanted to keep giving this place a chance -- but now I'm not going to be coming back. read more

As usual, I found this place via Groupon. I got a great deal on a one hour foot reflexology massage. The place itself is small, but very clean and quiet. I was greeted by a nice man I was taken right on time. The massage itself was not exclusively a foot massage.. the first twenty or so minutes was arm and calf. Now, personally I enjoyed that because really, an hour on just your feet seems like a long time to me.. but others who are expecting just a foot massage, be warned. I found the whole experience very relaxing. My therapist was excellent, however, spoke very little English and I found it distracting to try to figure out what she wanted me to do. Also, at the end of my hour, I asked for change of a twenty so I could tip and the woman gave me two tens and RAN away to the back. I said excuse me and waited a minute or two but no one showed up. I did not want to leave a ten dollar tip on a $25 massage, however I was left no choice and it seemed intentional on her part, which irked me. All in all.. a very good massage. Caught a Groupon sale for $30 for the hour full body massage. Made an appointment with Lisa. She gave a strong massage. The place was clean but uncomfortable due to being cold. Don't be the first customer of the day in winter months. She kept me covered with towels but still was cold. I took away a star for that. Enjoy! read more

BEWARE!!! Customer service (if you can call it that) is deplorable!!! I've visited a couple times in the past for foot massages, which I enjoyed. However, this business is run so TERRIBLY that is not worth going there at all!!! There is essentially no point in scheduling an appointment because you are sure to receive a call RUDLY DEMANDING that you come at another time. I have had this happen more than once now & will never return. (This is even more likely to happen if you are using a Groupon-NEVER mention Groupon!!! You may even be directed over the phone not to buy one.) I explained that I do not live nearby & cannot sit around for an hour & 1/2 waiting for the appointment that I had scheduled around my (& supposedly their) availability. (Not to mention that I was already almost there as it was about 15 mins prior to my appt the first time this happened.) The second time it happened (last week) I received a return phone call telling me that I needed to come an hour & 15 mins after my scheduled time. Again, this did not work for me as I was already in the area & not able to wait around that long. I cannot even explain how rude the woman (I assume the owner-same person took the call each time) is when she tells you to come at whatever time she decides & then proceeds to insist that it is ok for you-repeatedly! So today I decided to show up without mentioning that I had an appointment (& certainly not Groupon) since walk-ins were obviously being taken over the people who bothered to make an appt. When I asked about getting a massage she told me to wait a minute while she checked, & then proceeded to call someone who had an appt to tell them that they needed to come later because someone showed up late for their appt & they weren't going to be done in time!!! (I had been given a similar story in the past-either a customer decided that they wanted a longer massage, or showed up late, so they had to change my time.) This simply confirmed what I already knew-priority is given to anyone who is in front of them with money at the moment, over someone who actually takes the time to make an appt & work their schedule around it. After all this she then tried to get me to come back an hour & 1/2 later. When I confronted her about her unprofessional business practices, explaining that she has done the same thing to me that I had just witnessed her doing to another customer she, of course, denied it. I told her that she did the same thing to me last week when I made an appt & she wanted me to show her in her book where the appt was. Seriously? When I pulled out my phone to show her my phone records from last week she didn't want to see it. I insisted on showing her because I'm clearly fed up with the poor treatment & unethical practices of this business &, once I was able to prove to her what she very well knows she does on a regular basis, she decided that she suddenly had something very important to do in the back. Surprise! It's a shame that her disgusting behavior has ruined what could be a descent business for the people working there. By the way...in case you don't know, it isn't an issue to trade in your Groupon and get one for a place that knows how to treat their customers with respect. Since I do not appreciate being treated like a piece of garbage that doesn't matter at all, I would certainly never be able to recommend that anyone visit this establishment unless someone else is running it & values their customers more than this woman does!!! read more

I received over 1000 massage and i have probably have best experience about massage in long island but this one Worsts massage i ever had in my entire. Its ruined my last day of the year. This place is located right near my parents house so when day when I was visiting I saw it and decided to stop in...the place is spotless and has a very calming atmosphere I got an hour full body massage for $38 which is amazing and it was the best massage I have gotten at one of theses places...I have been to quite a few foot spas and felt uncomfortable or the place was dirty and gross but not this place! I will definitely be stopping in again when I'm nearby!! read more
