While I was lying on the table, the masseuse suddenly climbed up onto the board and began walking across my body while holding onto the ceiling for balance. She applied pressure using her feet while pushing upward against the ceiling. When she reached the center of my back, she actually jumped on my back three separate times. It didn't stop there. When she moved toward my arm, her bare foot went directly into my hand. At that moment I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted the entire experience to be over. The next morning I woke up with my back covered in bruises. A massage should never leave someone feeling injured and shaken like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe or relaxing spa experience.

Oh also, I'm so disappointed to see 1 and 2-star reviews, but thank you for qualifying your ratings with the rationale that the massages were "too intense" or "too rough". I read those comments and immediately thought "Perfect! That's what I'm looking for!" And my suspicion was correct! They even give you a frequent buyer card!

I had been on a plateau for over 1 month with no improvement. So I thought I'd try massage. I have used massage from time to time over the years for general relaxation but never for symptom relief. Sharon's facility is small but very clean. She is very knowledgeable about massage techniques & very communicative. I was very comfortable.
