The conversation must have been stressful because she was rubbing my back as hard as imaginable and in a very fast aggressive nature. I told her that this wasn't good and she said sorry and stopped talking on the phone. the massage quality did not improve though. Despite me saying "too hard" she continued to dig her knuckles into my back and rub up and down on my spine. I paid for an hour and lasted MAYBE 30 minutes before I waved my hands and said no more. When I showed it, the woman just shook her head at me and said no, $40. Credit card fee is $4 - yikes! So, lesson learned, don't forget the cash. I walked in and said I wanted 30 minutes (mostly because of the offer, but, moving on...). I was immediately shown a room, no further direction. I undressed, and put the rolled up towel over me. Soon a woman came in, she confirmed the time and asked, "strong or medium". She started massaging me under the towel, which I had seen in other reviews. I never care for this. I hoped it was a warm up, but then it went on for a long time. But then to my delight, the towel was pulled back and oil came out - yay! From there the massage was intense and very good.
