I woke up today with bruises on my back! The young lady who was maybe 5 feet tall with dyed red…read morehair was so unprofessional. She was on the phone during the massage and was almost yelling. The conversation must have been stressful because she was rubbing my back as hard as imaginable and in a very fast aggressive nature. I told her that this wasn't good and she said sorry and stopped talking on the phone. the massage quality did not improve though. Despite me saying "too hard" she continued to dig her knuckles into my back and rub up and down on my spine. I paid for an hour and lasted MAYBE 30 minutes before I waved my hands and said no more. She didn't speak a lick of English so I have no idea what she was saying but it sounded like she was pleasing with me to stay. I said no and got dressed. She didn't offer me a partial refund, a water, a mint, nothing. She said "sorry" and that was that. I woke up this morning with actual bruises on my back and in worse pain than I was in before the massage.

I've had great massages and terrible massages and I'd say this was one of the best I've had in a long long time. Cheers to self love

When someone finally answered they seemed surprised I was there. They asked me to wait 25 minutes. I'm really grateful to have discovered Skippack Massage and CC! I had been overdue for a massage…read moreand decided to call ahead before stopping in. Even though I didn't make a set appointment, they were very welcoming and happy to accommodate me when I arrived. CC was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. The space is clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the privacy of having my own room. While it may not be a luxury spa, it actually offers a more personal and relaxed experience than some places I've visited in Los Angeles where massages are done in open rooms with multiple people. The price is very reasonable -- about $50 for 30 minutes -- and the value is excellent. CC really works deeply and effectively, and I left feeling significantly better. It was one of the most effective 30-minute massages I've had, and it made a real difference in how I felt afterward. I also want to mention that some of the other reviews seemed unfair and speculative about the business. My experience was simply a professional, effective massage in a clean and private space. There are other professional offices in the same location, including a counseling center, so it's important that reviews stay respectful and focus on actual experiences. Lastly, getting a massage is one of the best things you can do for your body. It helps release tension and supports recovery, especially if you're working out or focusing on your health. If you're setting fitness or wellness goals this year, adding regular massages can really help your body heal!

I tried Heaven's Day Spa after finding a Groupon. I must say, off the bat, there is a language…read morebarrier issue. Heavens Day Spa is in a small shopping strip and apparently there is a parking lot behind. I parked on the street. The salon is pretty small and definitely not elegant. But I never judge that at first, because many small places provide great service for a fraction of the price compared to big, elegant salons. The room I was in, did not have a door, but a curtain. A woman escorted me into the room and told me to undress. I assumed she was the masseuse. I was wrong. Shortly after, a man walked in, no introduction, and started the massage. He seemed somewhat distracted, leaving the room multiple times. Also, the other woman entered the room multiple times to speak to the man. The music stopped and was not out back on for about half an hour. I had a hard time relaxing, based on the lack of music, street noise, man leaving the room, woman entering the room, and other guests coming in loudly. I am not sure if I will try them again, but if so, I will go during a weekday, when maybe it's quieter and staff is more attentive. The massage itself was decent, but relaxation is supposed to be part of the experience.

This was one of the most horrific and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at a spa. What I…read moreexpected to be a relaxing massage turned into something completely unexpected and disturbing. While I was lying on the table, the masseuse suddenly climbed up onto the board and began walking across my body while holding onto the ceiling for balance. She applied pressure using her feet while pushing upward against the ceiling. When she reached the center of my back, she actually jumped on my back three separate times. It didn't stop there. When she moved toward my arm, her bare foot went directly into my hand. At that moment I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted the entire experience to be over. The next morning I woke up with my back covered in bruises. A massage should never leave someone feeling injured and shaken like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe or relaxing spa experience.
