I would never recommend this place to anyone who has dignity , and respect, One of the Massuse Mia is rude/harsh / mean and arrogant, she farts , and she misbehaves. the so called store manager lily does not work on stopping Mia Actions, i got a 1 hr massage and the only place i asked a massage was my neck and i pay her the tip that she desired but she threw it on my face and walked away. she is so arrogant and if you do not pay a tip that she wants she turns out to this arrogant person, customers are not here to take her attitude or arrogance. it was alspo mentioned by couple of other ppl who worked with left because of her. those people were excellent Massuse. if this is not STOPPED i would report to BBB. this need to be STOPPED Now or customers won't come for massage this place is so unhygenic. they use the same sheet and the same pillow which been used by so many people over and over , and they dont even put a new towel over it, i got some rashes on my head and i had to take use antiseptic cream. this STORE IS LOSING BUSINESS BECOS OF PPL LIKE " MIA " , AND THE HYGEINE IN THE STORE. At the end when I went to pay she did not speak English and the massage was 50 for an hour and she decided the tip she wanted to charge me. This was my first massage. been here and experienced one of my worst nightmares. they do not clean the bed well once a customer has been massaged and then they don't even place a shield over the pillow once the customer has used. this causes blisters on the head. was there to ask who is working as this lady got rude and harsh and walked away. and then later another woman walked and said she could do the massage. the previous team was excellent before this team came in. this team need to be wacked out and the old team should be bought back in as they have a better customer service and they take good care of the customer, i do not know the name of this lady, but she is totally absurd , rude and harsh, the Owner should move this team to a remote location where there is no much people so they can be rude and harsh towards each other and not towards the customer. PS: Not going back to this location until and unless the owner changes the team or the team member. read more
