So I tried this place out on a groupon deal first in Phoenixville and when I had a spontaneous injury they luckily had an office close to my normal work/home in Pottstown. Dr. Anthony Petrucci was super friendly and helpful. The staff was great with a massage or using electric stimulation. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The Pottstown office is on the 2nd floor but I believe they have a handicap entrance in the back that leads directly into the 2nd floor of their office if needed. read more

What a great place! Everyone is so nice and the quality of care is well above par! I have seen both chiropractors, and although they have very different styles, both are very effective! I have never had to wait for more than 3 minutes in the waiting room and they are very flexible in scheduling, which I really appreciate. They have really helped my back issues - I love to hear my body cracking during adjustments and feel that relief!! I feel lucky that I found this place and my insurance pays for it! Dr. Petrucci, DJ, Noah, and the entire medical and and office staff at the Pottstown location have significantly improved my mobility, flexibility, and quality of life over the past two months. Working from the home office and dealing with my current Covid "sedentary" lifestyle drove me to action. What began as work to improve my shoulder and pectoral area, soon transitioned to fixing my neck mobility (I can safely merge into traffic without having to adjust the mirrors any longer!), and finally to working on my IT band. At 54, I had long been skeptical of chiropractors. Dr. P. and team spent time up front understanding my needs and recommending a treatment plan tailored specifically for those needs. DJ and Noah complemented Dr. P.'s treatments with exceptional and professional deep tissue work. The additional medical and professional staff completed their services with efficacy. For now, I am all squared away. However, it is great to know that I have this treatment option in the future. I started going to Tri-County Chiropractic after a car accident, upon recommendations from several friends who are patients there. They did a fabulous job fixing my whiplash injury. I stayed on after that to fix other issues, and now I'm waking up without pain in my lower back and without pain in my shoulder. It's funny how you don't realize how much pain you get used to living with until it's gone. I feel better than I have in years. Everyone in the office is very friendly, even when I have to bring my kids in with me, and they are very good at what they do. read more

Tri County Chiropractic billed my insurance company, and now is billing me, for services that were not provided. I was also told by Tri County that they would not charge me for any services that my insurance company did not cover but these "no fault adjustments" were mysteriously removed from my account once I asked for them to fix the previously mentioned billing errors. I discovered there was an issue when I asked for copies of my treatment notes to double check that the billing was correct since my explanation of benefits from the insurance company showed multiple billing codes for what amounted to about 20 minutes of treatment. Tri County charged my insurance company for 6 billing codes on four dates that were not provided according to their own treatment notes. I sent Tri County a letter asking these errors to be corrected. After weeks of stone walling I was told by my insurance company that if Tri County would not correct these billing errors that I should send the information I had to the insurance company's fraud department. Only after the insurance company got involved did Tri County, supposedly, fix the errors. At the time this all took place I had a zero balance on my account with Tri County. The only thing that the adjustments did was refund money back to the insurance company and give me insurance coverage credits for other physical therapy visits. A few month later I received a bill from Tri County for almost $1000. Tri County retracted their "no fault adjustments", that I have documented, and decided to charge me for the shortages in the insurance company coverage and the services that the insurance company said they did not provide me from over 6 months prior. To summarize my experience with Tri County Chiropractic; they have major problems with billing accuracy, poor customer service, and removed almost $1000 of "no fault adjustment" credit from my account that they now say I owe them for services that in some cases were not even provided. Now I am being threatened to either pay up or have my account turned over to a collections agency. read more

Beware!!! This business will double bill for their services. They will collect the full cash price from you and then bill your insurance company for additional fees. Unfortunately I went to this office after a back strain. At the front desk I asked what the price of each visit was and was told clearly it was $50. I paid $50 before leaving every visit. To my shock and surprise, several weeks later I received another bill for almost as much as I was charged previously. There are many honest and reputable chiropractors in the area - who stand by their representation of the cost of services and who charge less than this company from the beginning. read more

Last February, I elected to try a chiropractic office that was running a new patient special on their website - $39 for the first appointment, which included an hour massage with a massage therapist and an appointment with the chiropractor. (It is still on their website.) Immediately, there were "issues" with redeeming my $39 coupon. The receptionist did not seem to know how to honor it. A woman (the office manager?), came out and assured me it would be honored. It was not. Classic "bait and switch". My hour massage was fine, but the appointment with the chiropractor was a disaster. I was seen by her for about 7 minutes - 4 of which were her reviewing my intake paperwork with me. I was on the table for no more than 3 minutes where she cracked my neck to the left and right. She tried to crack my spine, but couldn't. Her advice was to start coming in 3-4 times a week. I went back a week later and my second appointment was worse. Before seeing the chiropractor, a massage therapist came in and rubbed my shoulders for 2-3 minutes. The office billed my insurance and me $41 for a minimum 15-minute therapeutic procedure. (So to do the math, I paid about $20 per minute for that massage. Had I known they were going to bill for 15 minutes, I would have demanded my other 12-13 minutes. At least that would have brought the cost down to $2-3 a minute.) The chiropractor came in for about 4 minutes - 2 minutes to confirm my paperwork and 2 minutes to put me on the table, crack my neck right and left, attempt to manipulate my spine (but couldn't), and reiterate that I should be coming in 3-4 times a week. So in total, I was seen for about 6-7 minutes this appointment. My third (and final) appointment a week later was the worst of all. Again, a massage therapist came in and rubbed my shoulders and neck for 2-3 minutes (but billed 15 minutes). As before, the chiropractor saw me for about 4 minutes, cracked my neck, couldn't crack my back, and was prepared to leave. While still on the table, I essentially said "HEY! Maybe you could do your job?!" So she cracked my shoulders - right and left - about an extra 20 seconds of service. This is the only appointment where I might have been seen for the 8 minutes necessary for their services to even be billable to insurance. Leaving this appointment, I assumed my interactions with the office were over. I had paid upfront and in full for the initial appointment and a co-pay at the second and third appointment. Months later, I received a bill from the office. My initial appointment that was to be a $39 flat rate was now $140. The $39 I paid in the office was not credited on my account. There were charges from the second and third appointment for services they did NOT perform (see below). Both my husband and I have called the office for months with no resolution. Rather than work with us even in a nominal way, the office manager has threatened putting the account in collections. Despite my insurance company assuring me that I do not need to give them more money pending the completion of their investigation, I have paid the bill just to make this company go away. After months of headaches, it is easier to pay now and get the refund later. This office's bad business practices include unprofessional office staff and expecting patients to wait 30+ minutes past their appointment time before seeing a chiropractor. My second and third appointment, I waited 20 minutes in the outer lobby and another 10 in an examination room before being seen by the massage therapist. There was another long wait before the chiropractor came in. This office's illegal practices include "bait and switch" to get new patients in the door and fraudulent billing practices to insurance companies for services they are not performing or underperforming. They did not manipulate the 3-4 regions of the spine for which they billed at each appointment. More egregious, no therapeutic procedures of 15 minutes were conducted on the visits as appear on my bill. (I was lucky if, between the massage therapist AND the chiropractor, someone spent more than 6-7 minutes with me.) There is a minimum amount of time they are obligated to spend with a patient in order to bill insurance. They simply did not do it. Despite months of calling the office, there has been no resolution with them. They simply will not honor their internet special and/or apply the $39 I paid that day towards my account. With no other options, I have reported them to my insurance company for fraud, have filed a complaint against them with the state and the BBB, and am sharing this information here so others do not have to endure what I have with this office. Having now seen their billing practices, the chiropractor's adamant advice of coming in 3-4 times a week is obviously suspect. Can you imagine the astronomical bill had I done so?! read more

I love my chiropractor! I want to shout it from a mountaintop now that I can climb one thanks to Dr. Tracy. She has a real compassion for her clients and takes the time to really learn/understand their complications in order to provide proactive solutions. I have been a faithful client for over three months now and can honestly say, I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is suffering from any spinal issue.
