Beyond Chiropractic is awesome! Friendly staff and Dr. Heather Lash knows her craft! I broke my back over 10yrs ago. I did some some light to very little exercise over those years. I always felt sore after sleeping with occasional aches and pains throughout the day. That all changed once I started to see Dr. Lash. She didn't immediately cure my issues, cause I needed to do some work as well. But I felt a 100 times better and she lead me on the path to the right exercises to keep everything in line. I cannot recommend this outstanding practice highly enough. Dr. Lash is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and is consistently attentive to the overall health of her patients. I began seeing her during the latter part of my pregnancy, and weekly care helped keep me feeling comfortable, healthy, and well rested. Her post partum care was excellent as well. Last year I shared in conversation that I had developed a mysterious rash on my hands. Dr. Lash took it a step further and ordered a blood test. That, in combination with a dietary cleanse that can be purchased in office, led me to discover that I'm lactose intolerant. Had Dr. Lash not expressed her care and concern, I never would have known! An excellent example of something valuable and rare-a health practitioner who goes above and beyond to ensure the overall health and well-being of her patients. The office is bright, cheerful, clean, and extremely well run. In the 4 years I've been there, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Not once. Well, I was very happy with them at first until they made me feel less valued as their customer. I guess maybe because I didn't have serious issue that required me to visit them often or a long term need of their service, after 3 months I went to see them (every week to every other week), they canceled my appointment just because I was late for less than 5 minutes ( I had a good record to be on time or early, this is not a reoccurring issue for me, I just had a really bad day and by the time I realized about my appointment, I was doing everything I can to get there without cancel it last minute), and there was no call or nothing from them before I get there, I found it out when I walked into the door. The lady at the reception told me in a disinterested tone of voice, "We had to gave your spot to someone else, because you were late. You can either wait till them finish or reschedule for another day, but if you choose to wait, it gonna be awhile." Seriously?! I do understand that I was late and they have every right to cancel my appointment, but at least please show some interest in me and that you do care about me as an valued customer. I didn't walk into a government office, am I?(They probably act better than that.) That was when I decided I rather to keep my money and go somewhere else, there are plenty good chiropractics around. read more

Dr. Lash took care of me for some bad IT Bands I had developed during marathon training. She used a variety of techniques and also gave me a great education on how to stretch differently and how to keep me out of her office. I was referred to her by several different friends who all are very happy patients. Often people think of chiropractors as for the back only, but if you have any chronic pain issues, I would definitely give them a visit. Great Dr. and a great staff alongside. read more
