Does not acknowledge you when you walk in, takes someone else when she saw me waiting for a good 10 minutes. No smile, no greeting, stoic expression.. it was clear that she absolutely hates her job. I just don't understand why anyone would run a business in such a unprofessional manner. In this time and age (yelp, google, social Media reviews) you can't get away with such a repulsive service! This was my 5th visit and besides the first visit, all other times I got booked with a novice wax technician. And of course they suck. Takes 5 x longer, more painful and messy. They must have a big worker turnover.. I bought a 10 wax package last time and I completely regret it now. I will not be retuning here even if I can't get a refund for the unused package.
