I started seeing Megan for acupuncture. I was recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and read of its benefits for MS. I immediately felt better after meeting with Megan for one session. Megan also did guasha on my back, and I have never felt better after any other back treatment as I did with guasha. I have had back pain on and off for years and get treated over time with massage and ultrasound. One session of guasha with Megan and I walked out is the session standing straight, no longer bent over in pain. i also suffered from plantar fasciitis, and could not walk without being in extreme pain, it was unbearable. I visited my Chiro and massage and ultrasound did help, but after two sessions I was still in a lot of pain. I saw Megan for guasha and acupuncture, the next day I was walking with minimal pain. I was very leary to start accupuncture because I am deathly afraid of needles but read up on some great research that it would be helpful for some of my medical problems. I was immediately at ease. Taissa made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained the process and showed me the needles so I wouldn't worry. Since going, my anxiety has dropped so much. I was very nervous before I started Acupuncture. However, I felt comfortable from the minute I began talking to Taissa. I have been seeing Taissa for stress, anxiety, and some other stuff.
