The best of the best, you can't find a better place to get a massage. I was lucky to find Kate before there was a Blue Buddha. Unfortunately, Kate is no longer giving massages, but she's trained her staff very well. You can't go wrong. read more

The atmosphere is so relaxing. My massage therapist (Laura) is amazing! The owner, Kate Freese has executed a beautiful vision of what a spa should be. I recommend Blue Buddha anytime the subject comes up in conversation! read more

Buyer beware. If you are not very good, with technology and apps, I would recommend being very cautious when you book with this business. Yesterday I booked online, a process that took a while because I had to download a separate app to be able to find the service I was looking for and find a date and such. Since it took a long time to get the app, register, find the business in the app, learn how to find the service, etc. I booked the massage on the day that I had originally searched - in 3 weeks for my birthday- but somehow the date didn't register appropriately and went to the next default day. They called me the next day, wondering where I was, but of course I was not available because that wasn't the date I had planned to visit! Instead of understanding, at all, my technical difficulty, they levied the entire charge of the massage in my absence. So now, instead of treating myself to a relaxing massage, in a couple of weeks for my birthday, I literally am left feeling deflated and $110 poorer. When I suggested that the full cost was rather harsh for an honest mistake, the woman said that they need to take care of their employees and I guess that means that their customers don't factor into decisions at all? At least this customer didn't... Be warned. No grace for customer mistakes. Sad from a business associated with wellness. read more

Wow, I just don't know where to begin. But my wife & I scheduled a couples massage for this morning (Friday as we planned to take some time off from Work). We arrived a few minutes late but our massage therapists were very understanding AND extremely accommodating. We'll all I can say, the 1 hour massage felt like 10 minutes because it was nothing but pure bliss. I got the ashiatsu while my wife got the signature massage. All I can say is that we were both extremely impressed, my back legs shoulders and neck left feeling rejuvenated and decompressed. We are certainly booking again soon and can not wait. read more

I can't express just how incredible my experience at Blue Buddha was, but I'll try! The entire team was so friendly, from the warm reception upon arrival (honestly, the kindest front desk welcome I've gotten in a long time - I immediately felt at ease) and the environment was unparalleled: calming, beautiful and immaculately clean. I had the BEST massage I've ever had in my life (I've been getting massages for over 20 years, and this was far and away the most enjoyable/effective). Laura, my therapist, was nothing short of an expert, unbelievably talented, a great listener (and so nice!), and addressed my pain better than I could've hoped - I've never had a myofascial massage that was so effective, yet still felt SO good throughout! She also showed me an incredibly helpful stretch to target a painful area post-massage...the definition of going above and beyond. I can't wait to come back in a few weeks (and I can't wait to bring my husband so he can float out of Blue Buddha on a dopamine high like I did yesterday)! read more

Easy to schedule, excellent massage & pain relief with Jenni, comfortable & professional environment.

Andrew was amazing! This was my first Myofacial massage so I wasn't sure what to expect. I just needed some pain relief. She knew exactly what I needed and gave me some tips for recovery after. Will definitely be back! read more

The instructors are very knowledgeable, they make the class challenging while also making it accessible to all levels.

Blue Buddha is a true Wellness Center. The yoga studio itself is bright and inviting. The teachers are strong, supportive and so knowledgeable about what they do. The class offerings couldn't be better!! Love the Sunday donation flow class and the restorative yoga options! Pair that with a massage and you are in for one amazing Sunday. The massage studio couldn't be more relaxing and the options are decadent. I highly recommend trying the ashiatsu massage. Nothing gets those deep back knots released like someone using their feet to really loosen those muscles! The way they have transitioned to a virtual studio during the stay at home order has been truly fantastic. The care and support they show their community on a normal day has shone through and become even more obvious. Truly an amazing business. read more

My husband and I really enjoyed our couples massage, he received the Blue Buddha massage for 90 minutes and I received a 90 minute prenatal massage. We just bought a place in Eagleview and were so excited to see that there was a row of health and wellness business clustered together across from the restaurant row. Our attention was drawn to the cool, blue buddha statue that sits on the patio of one of the corner suites: Blue Buddha Healing Arts. We walked in to discover that Blue Buddha is the most comfortable, stylish, well-appointed and professional massage, yoga, nutrition, and educational space. It is an artistically designed den of holistic health and you can tell that a lot of thought and love has been put into this place over the years. We were greeted by Charli who gave the best customer service, answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of this beautiful space. We purchased two 120-min. Signature Massages and decided to book our appointments online. It was so easy to find appointments on their site. My massage therapist was Jenni D. and let me tell you that I have never had such an incredible massage... and I am a legit massage snob. Her technique was solid and intuitive. She showed my sore muscles what was up and listened to how my body responded. Although I snored about 80 of the 120-minutes, I could tell that she was holding the space for me to let go. I will definitely be back. My husband's therapist was excellent as well, although he forgot her name... It was "that good" that we both stumbled out of the spa and needing a couple of minutes to get our baring back. It was definitely a 5-star experience that I know we will be regular partakers in! Thanks, Blue Buddha!!! read more

I had the best massage ever from Blue Buddha today. It's called ashiatsu and she used her feet instead of hands while balancing with bars from the ceiling. My explanation doesn't do it justice, but I'll never get a hand massage again. My body gets wrecked in the gym on a weekly basis and this massage was able to deliver on the deeper pressure as needed with little effort. I felt very relaxed and my posture was better after the session. Just fantastic! I highly recommend Kate the owner or any of her students. Everyone I met in there is so nice. The place knows how to deliver on service! read more

Great place! I go here for massages and acupuncture. Place is cute and relaxing. Acupuncturist is great but she seems to cancel last minute on appointments which is very disappointing because her work is great! Really like going to her but she only works one day a week as I wish she had more availability. Wait all week and cancels last minute. Doesn't seem to reliable so will go elsewhere. read more

Location was very inviting, and all staff were welcoming. Room was clean and private with dark paint, dimming lights, and soft music. I felt very comfortable and able to relax here. Did not feel rushed. Will be going back read more

I have been a customer at Blue Buddha for close to 5 years. I've followed Kate from her first small location at Ludwigs Corner, to the cool old house they converted, and now to the super convenient and upscale location in Eagleview Town Center. I am a regular customer because Kate's work has gotten me through multiple marathons and injuries. I'm not someone who goes to a massage for the spa like environment, but rather for a great massage. The new location delivers on both counts. It's a beautiful and relaxing space. My husband also is a huge fan of Blue Buddha and specifically the Ashiatsu massage from Kayla. I highly recommend you check Blue Buddha out. read more

I love this place and I have to give a huge shout out to Mara at Blue Buddha. She is an amazing masseuse!! I am in my mid 40s, have a really stressful job, travel a lot, and I am a competitive equestrian and my entire body is in knots! She is doing an amazing job to work out all this tension and keep me healthy and my body working properly! Thank you Mara!! So grateful!! read more

Sunday Super Slow Flow Yoga Class and Restorative Yoga afterward - it was incredible! I love all the yoga teachers at Blue Buddha. Grateful

Came here for my 1st time and got Craniosacral therapy (also for the 1st time) from Anthony and was very impressed. The therapy itself is a little odd/not what I expected but got me in an unbelievably calm state which is difficult with my extreme anxiety. I did an hour long session which was perfect. I left feeling relaxed/stress-free, definitely think you need multiple sessions for any long term benefits, so definitely will be back. Also Anthony has a very calming energy which is great for this type of therapy. Can't wait to come back ! read more

My class with Krystal was great. It was a combination of strength building and flexibility. At the same time, it also provided some much needed calm to my day. I had a Blue Buddha Signature massage with Kate and it was fantastic! Kate's graceful movements made the massage feel effortless and complete. Great yoga classes- nice space, intriguing offerings in spa which I look forward to checking out. Nice location. Nice people. Enjoyed the pacing of the morning yoga classes I attended and the instruction both times I went. Walking into Blue Buddha, there is an instant sense of calm. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and warm. There's never a time where water isn't offered, or that the place isn't immaculately clean. Their massage therapists are incredible! I had a massage with Kayla and she really devoted her time to me and improving my pain. I also take yoga classes there, and they are taught to every level with a reasonable price tag. The instructors help beginners like myself and encourage you to take breaks if you feel overwhelmed. I feel much more willing to try new poses with their support! Highly recommend both Jenni (aerial) and Sheila (hatha), but you really can't go wrong with any of the instructors there. Definitely check this place out if you're searching for more overall zen in your life! read more

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable masseuse! Best massage I had in a long time
