There is no funny business, so if that is what you are looking for, go elsewhere. I recommend calling ahead as the word is getting out how great she is. I have lots of back pain and shoulder tightness. I walk out feeling alert and pain free. I require lots of pressure to break up the knots, and although the owner is probably less than 100 pounds, she can deliver a lot of pressure when needed. I hope more people offer their experience as the one star is certainly not deserved!

I've gone to Sophia who owns Angel Spa and is the only masseuse there for 3 yrs now. I had bad back and trembling legs. I get a massage which is very inexpensive compared to big spas 2xs a month. Sophia has absolutely cured me of any aches or leg issues. She gives a full body massage from head to the bottom of your feet. Using oils and wipes you down with hot towels afterwards. Shes amazing. Shes owned and has been the only worker there for 3 yrs now. My son drives an hour from his house 2xs a month to get a massage. He's an athlete, and very toned but swears she's amazing. If you have specific areas to massage she will work on those first. Just let her know what's bothering you. Ive spent over 125.00 for massages at fancy spas and they don't even come close to her method. You seriously have to book an hour and call first. If she's with a client you'd have to come back. Do your body a favor and call and get one! Shes well worth a big tip also!!! Marital A. mentions things that don't even happen at sophia's spa. There is no kelly there. Never has been.

Esthetician was nice enough. Good at her job. The admin staff though? Wow. I'll post screenshot of…read moretheir harassment below after my appt. I get facials monthly and this kind of treatment is completely out of the ordinary. I will never return - you couldn't pay me enough I'd tipped her $30. I did not specify 1hr and I told my esthetician about having the groupon for the diamond micro dermabrasion and asked if she was familiar w it & her response was, "yes, yes, I know this one". So, no, I am not okay with an extra charge when I do not feel responsible for the miscommunication. Perhaps if I had an actual conversation with anyone prior to the appt, as in a call to confirm, things would have gone more smoothly. I liked the esthetician but not the scheduling experience - this is the first time I opened this text chat; I'm a busy person. Thanks. Well. You booked one hour and didn't note you have a voucher. But we figured you don't wanna pay. We banned your permission to book with us. We will just let you to take advantage of us if that make you feel better. And we are busy as well. It makes sense to me now why I didn't feel like I got a usual micro dermabrasion session. I will also be sure to post your response here on the Groupon site as part of my review. I feel that you took advantage of me by tacking on charges after the appt. You may be busy also but this is your business, not mine so YOU should be on top of communication. Thank you. Go ahead. You are not as busy as you told us. Text us this long thing.

The online registration forms were frustrating with asking for the same info in multiple places but led to quicker check in. Be aware in prime times, parking is pretty skimpy. But Pheonixville main street is a very pleasant place with lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy before or after your services. My appointments were thorough and efficient, and I definitely felt taken care of. The prices on their site and other coupon places are extremely great deals to take advantage of if you'll be in the area. You won't get the super ultra spa extras (locker rooms, fruit water with real glasses, a slow langorous atmosphere, etc.) but I never felt rushed or unattended over 3 hours of massage and facial services. If you want a pleasant spa service, it's definitely a spot to consider.

Online booking was easy, and the location is conveniently located -- with parking! (Which is hard to come by in Phoenixville these days). I booked a introductory full-body massage with Melia, and since I was a first-timer, the price was discounted to $70. You'll be hard pressed (no pun intended) to find any decent hour-long massage at that price point. Winter is hard on the body, and the tension in my shoulders, neck, and lower back were becoming unmanageable. Melia listened to my complaints, and worked her magic to quite literally unknot my body, offering extra attention to my problem areas. I am already looking forward to booking another massage in the future.

We spotted a smiling woman through the plate glass window who waved us in. Little did I know she was Raquel Lyles, the owner and masseuse at ZenVillage. The vibe at ZenVillage is, well, zen. The facility is clean, welcoming and serene and I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in the door for my appointment. Even though I mentioned to Raquel that I had been experiencing some shoulder pain, only a few moments into my massage, she sensed that I had a lot of tension not only in my shoulder but in other areas. Her touch is heavenly and she did an excellent job alleviating muscle tightness. You can tell Raquel really cares about her clients and wants to help them on their journey to wellness.
