Kim has been my hair stylist for years. she is extremely personable and always understands just what I am asking for and makes it happen.

I really wanted a change with my hair and do a wolf cut. I looked around at all the local hair salons and choose Level Seven because of its positive reviews and feedback. I made an appointment online, which you need a credit card to make a deposit. If you cancel with 24 hours or less you will be charged a $25 fee. I never met the stylists before so I chose Tristina because her availability matched with mine. The salon was very clean upon arriving and Tristina was the best. She was super sweet and very confident in her work. I explained how I wanted the wolf cut and a few examples from photos I found online. She advised that she loves doing dramatic cuts, I was cutting a significant amount of hair off, and that she does wolf cuts all the time. I felt relieved because it was going to be a big change and I wanted my hair to be easy to style and have a lot of fun layers. She did an amazing job. It's been over a week since I had my cut and I still love how beautifully layered it is. I would recommend seeing Tristina for your next cut. read more

Level Seven Salon - Love my short hair... Thank you - Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

Great salon! Love this place. Smail is one of the best stylists in the area. My hair is color treated and naturally already on the brassy side. Smail talked me through the different options in order to achieve the look I was aiming for. I ended up doing a full head of highlights with an ashy toner. It's not necessarily the cheapest place, but the service is great and the website makes it extremely easy to book. I love this salon and definitely recommend going here. read more

Level Seven Salon - Full head of blonde highlights with ashy toner. - Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

Super haircut and highlights with Kelly. Just moved to area, hadn't had any hair help since pre-COVID. She recommended a highlight/lowlight to freshen things up for a summer look and gave me a cute that is very easy to manage in my wavy hair. Couldn't be more happy with the results. read more

I only discovered this place because of the groupon even though its five minutes from my house!! This place is a hidden gem. You walk in and are immediately greeted and even offered tea or coffee. Talk about vip treatment! The waiting area is comfortable, quiet and clean. (Unlike allot of salons) the staff is Extremely friendly and courteous. When I went to get my hair done, as a black woman, I was nervous that they wouldn't be able to get it right or they would take too long. I've been to other Paul Mitchell salons where it has taken over two hours and I still left frizzy. However, Michelle did a wonderful job in a timely manner and she was so sweet and personable. I was honestly impressed. I also stayed for a wax and was pleasantly surprised that they actually use a sensitive skin wax and don't just claim they do like most salons in the area. This proves that they care! I'm happy they made the extra investment because it turned out beautiful and I didn't break out like I usually do. read more

I have gotten the best cut and color I've ever had from Michelle! She knows her stuff, has a great sense of style and is very talented at what she does. Each time, I haven't had a haircut or color picked out and Michelle worked her magic to flatter my face and coloring. Level Seven is awesome.I have recommended them to friends and they have been equally thrilled with their results. read more

I decided I wanted hair extensions for a recent big event. I looked into a few different "do it yourself" types (tape-ins, clip-ins) on the market, however, since I typically never fussed too much with my hair, I decided I should leave it to a professional. I made an appointment with Bobbi at Level Seven, who gave me a great cut, and then answered all of my questions about the installation and maintenance of the human hair extensions. He was even so kind as to call me on his day off to answer additional questions I had thought of after my initial consultation. I've had the extensions for about 5 weeks now and I've gotten many compliments! The best compliments have been from people who tell me they did not realize how long my hair has gotten... Meaning the extensions look as natural as my own hair! Except I have a lot more volume now, which I love! Bobbi followed up with me a few times after the initial installation to see if I had any questions or if I was having any problems (I wasn't). Level Seven is a clean and unpretentious salon, with a relaxed environment. I enjoyed talking with the other clients and stylists as I was getting my hair done. I would definitely recommend Level Seven and Bobbi for cuts and extensions! read more

I was looking for someone to tackle my long hair, and had not been to any salons in the Phoenixville area. I found this place on Yelp, and then saw there was a Groupon. Honestly, my first time using a Groupon as well, but what a fantastic deal. I'll admit it, I was very nervous about the cut. I do not consider my long layers particularly challenging (of course, I could never do it), but I've had hair dressers screw them up pretty bad through the years. Michelle did a wonderful job with the cut. She took an appropriate amount of length off the end, and I left with my hair feeling much healthier and looking fantastic. Shame that I immediately walked out into 25 mph blustery fall winds, but hey, my hair looked stellar for those 30 seconds I walked from the check-out counter and out the front door. This place is new, and the location is just outside of town. It's actually on a stretch of Rt. 23 that's honestly a little depressed. But maybe it'll mark the start of a boon. The facilities are quite nice on the inside. You can tell that the owner takes pride in her salon and the work that she does. Michelle was very accommodating with schedule around my hectic life, and she took me on time. Using the Groupon special, the price could not be beat. I'll probably go back for future haircuts, although the typical charge for a cut is a little higher than other salons in the area. It may cause me to push off my appointments a little longer than I ordinarily would. read more

Tristina is absolutely amazing best color I've had done in so long! Not to mention the whole staff is so nice and friendly. Would give more stars if I could! read more

My sister and I stopped in to Level 7 for blowout and some ironing ($45/each... we each used a 25 for $50 deal which was awesome). Michelle went out of her way to accommodate us (her and another stylist were in by 8am on Saturday morning) and our hair turned out so well! They were very friendly and we will definitely go back when we're in the area next! We had a great experience here! read more

Michelle was fantastic! She knew what I needed when it came to a keratin treatment and did a great job. I don't live in the area but plan to come back next time I need keratin. read more

Level Seven Salon - Michelle did a great job on my hair & makeup! Talented lady! Thank you! - Hair Salons Near Me - Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

I am relatively new to Phoenixville and decided to check out Level Seven based on its overwhelmingly positive Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint! I was the final appointment of the day (6:45 p.m.) on the eve of our fourth Nor'easter in just about as many weeks. I needed a haircut badly and do not have a tremendously flexible schedule, so I really appreciated that the staff waited for me even as the snow started picking up. Even once I arrived, I did not feel rushed in the slightest. Smail took the time to chat with me for a few minutes before he got started, which was a pleasant surprise. He offered some opinions and advice as to what he could do for my hair, and then he took his time with my haircut -- again, even despite the late hour and the mounting snow outside. All the while, he engaged me in very nice conversation about both my life and his own. After I was finished, good care was taken to make sure I did not overpay (since the website required a deposit to hold the appointment slot) and I still never felt even a little bit rushed or that they were annoyed I was there. I hardly ever write reviews for places that are not restaurants, but Level Seven deserves all the praise it can get. Highly recommended for excellent, professional service. read more

Level Seven is a great salon and Kelly is the only stylist I continue to go back to. She is so sweet, gives you exactly what you ask for, and always leaves your hair looking amazing. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Michelle and her team are very welcoming and professional. I am extremely impressed to their attention to detail and continued training to excel at their particular aspect of service. I had Michelle's styling of my hair, which although a typical man's cut, she did a great job according to my wife! Kalu, the massage therapist at Level Seven did a fantastic job in providing a full-body deep tissue massage. I felt very relaxed afterward. I highly recommend the services Level Seven Salon has to offer. read more

I really like this place! The two girls, who do my cut, highlights, low lights and color, are so friendly. I am so glad my friend told me about them. They have a massage therapist and do all kinds of services and I can't wait to try a few. They are close to other business I frequent so it's so convenient. The owner is so nice. I left a place in Parkerford without being seen bc the owner was rude so this is a breath of fresh air. read more

I needed my hair and make-up done for my boyfriend's daughter's wedding. My usual salon is 45 minutes away and I did not want to drive that far on the morning of the wedding. I found Level 7 through yelp and liked the ratings and reviews. Michelle did my updo and Melody did my make-up. Everyone loved my hair and told me I looked stunning. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a welcome gift with shampoo samples and a gift card! Thank you ladies, I'll be back! read more

I used a Groupon to find this place and I am very happy that I did! Michelle did a cut and keratin treatment on me last week and I got SO many compliments. Great salon ! A lot of parking which isn't that common as far as Phoenixville salons go. The owner is very kind and awesome at her craft! The stylists are very friendly and all have specific areas that they specialize in so just ask when you call who they'd recommend for you :) read more

I have been going to Level7 since I moved here in November 2017. Michelle is amazing. The salon makes you feel at home immediately and you always leave happy. Unparalleled customer service. I've had some of the best blowouts done here by Michelle the owner. They are very invested in gaining your trust and becoming a long-term customer. read more

If I could give this salon a negative number, I would. DO NOT GO THERE! This review is not just about the bad haircut, it's about the owner's deceit. I went into the salon on a Saturday and ask when there would be availability. I said that I had never been there before and when I go to a new place (my old salon retired), I am very picky and like to have the owner cut my hair (because I feel that they are vested). I said that I like my hair really short. The woman identified herself as the owner, but said that she doesn't have availability. She suggested that I book an appointment with the gentleman that was sitting behind the counter and that he is a very good stylist for short hair. I booked my appointment for the following day with the gentleman. He started "dry" cutting my hair, which I found VERY odd and that should have been my first RED FLAG! It took him 1 hour and 23 minutes to cut my hair. During my cut, he began explaining that he was just an 'assistant' at the salon and hadn't cut many people's hair. He kept repeating that when he is finished, if I don't like my hair, he wouldn't be offended if I went to someone else the next time! When I got home, I was HORRIFIED!!!!! I had originally explained to him that I usually wear my hair spiked up or I just let it fall down into bangs. Words cannot even describe how uneven the front, and sides of my hair looked. I had to have a friend 'touch up' the front. it IS about getting a BAD haircut, but its ALSO about the OWNER recommending someone that was not capable or experienced at cutting hair. read more

Fantastic hair cut... but dirty. When he was blow drying my hair I Could just smell the dirty hair on the brush.. there was dust and hair on the counters and floors. Great hair cut but due to the uncleanliness I will never go back. read more

Level Seven creates an awesome atmosphere for anyone to come in and get whatever suits their needs. As a guy, going to a "salon" wasn't high on my priority list. However, I decided to check this place out after calling and speaking with Michelle, the owner. I'm glad I did, it wasn't at all what I expected. From the moment you walk in either Alison or Michelle greet you with a smile. They do an awesome job of making sure that you're comfortsble. Michelle asked and listened to exactly what I wanted done to my hair, you can tell she cares. Oh, and the scalp massage is awesome by the way! The overall experience was and is great. Honestly, this place is the place for guys to come and get their hair cut. I've been back several times since my first visit. read more

Love this place. Michelle really listened and asked questions as I explained what I wanted. The fact that she stood in front of me and not staring at me in the mirror from behind the chair made me feel as though she was truly interested in helping me not just thinking what she could do. She offered a couple of suggestions, told me what my hair would look like, and how it would fix what the stylist at Charlotte Thomas did to my hair that was absolutely what I didn't want. I walked out extremely pleased with the results and it was exactly as she told me it would be. Even though I was the last customer to walk out that night she didn't rush. Thanks Michelle! read more

I just moved to Phoenixville and was searching on Google for a hair salon that uses natural hair dyes without chemicals. I was a little nervous about trying some place new but I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the talent of Bobby the stylist who colored and cut my hair. This is truly the area's best kept secret! Friendly, honest, and reasonably priced salon that is perfect for a kid's cut or a highlight and color. So glad I learned about this salon before I spent way too much time and money at a different local private salon or got a bad cut from a chain cuttery. Level Seven uses Eufora products and is knowledgeable about the product line. So happy to recommend this salon! read more

I am from out of town and needed a place for a blowout for a bridal shower and bachelorette. I did some yelping and found this place. I was very nervous as I have thick curly hair and let very few people touch it but Michelle (the owner) did an amazing job! She even tied my hair up in a bun for me so it wouldn't get ruined in the rain! She was super friendly and the customer service was great. If I'm never down here again and need a blowout I'll definitely come here. read more

I went here after purchasing a groupon and I am so glad i did! Such a friendly atmosphere and Michelle is a thorough professional , I wanted to chop off my long hair and she totally understood the style I wanted , never rushed me and kept chatting and I was genuinely happy to be there. Clean .clean.clean. I love when a salon is clean and tidy and spacious . My groupon had a keratin treatment +haircut + style all of which was done wonderfully and leisurely. I went in on a saturday with an appointment ,they were very accommodating when I had to cancel the previous weekend. I would gladly go back there for any other service and keen to have Michelle color my hair too! read more

Michelle recently did my hair and makeup for a photo shoot and did an excellent job! She was easily able to give my fine hair a lot of volume.
