Sarah was so kind and took the time to ask me about my pain to figure out how she could best help me. I can't tell you how relieved I was when she found all of my problem areas and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I appreciated how attentive she was to my comfort levels. I was in a bit of pain after the massage (my sciatica flared up after all the pressure) but she assured me that once my muscles got rest and started to heal, I would be feeling a lot better. Waking up the next day and being able to roll over in bed without pain after a week of barely being able to walk or move was absolute heaven!! I literally almost cried. It's been a few days since the massage and my sciatica hasn't returned. I can't thank Sarah enough for her time and care! I'll be scheduling monthly massages!

Thanks Janice! I'm glad to become a Waxx Studio regular! oh.. and Waxx Studio also includes brow tinting which I'm adding to my next visit next mont!

I was in town visiting and decided to squeeze in a wax. I booked an appointment here pretty last minute via their app (super convenient, highly recommend). I only had to wait a few minutes. The person who waxed me, I can't remember her name, was very friendly but didn't spend the entire session talking my ear off, either. She did a bunch of shit they never do at my home location. She started with a nice dousing of what seemed to be baby powder. I'm not sure what the purpose of that was but I am intrigued. She did her thing and right before finishing, she noticed there were a few patches she missed and went back and GOT THEM. Mind blown. Great experience.

Anyone that has any sort of customer service experience would have asked for information and if the call can be returned in x minutes or if I could call back in x mins as opposed to putting on hold indefinitely. When I called back a third time later asked for her name, when the manager would be in, and also suggested that in the future offering a callback, she stated that she was the manager (which I have a hard time believing as she spoke like a rude teenager) and that their corporate policy was that she had to put me on hold indefinitely as she could not call customers back. If this is really the corporate policy it does not prioritize customer service and your staff should be trained in phone etiquette and customer service.

This time, I felt that the session was rushed compared to my first experience. After about 8 hours my face and chest especially my face was too dark not natural looking at all, one area on my shoulder was lighter. I could not tell that I had any color compared to the rest of my body, my upper legs was a perfect color, my knees were dark, the color settled there I had to scrub my knees the next day, and the back area of my calf's had good even color, and front inner calf area was no color so my experience was awful, I will probably not do this again, I am sure this establishment is good overall but my experience was so poor!!!!

My third visit - which was my final visit - I noticed when I got into my car and looked in the mirror that the stylist left one of my sideburns far shorter than the other. What happened to showing the client the finished style in the mirror before they add product and you leave? I went back in and politely showed the stylist her error. This was clearly an inconvenience for her. She muttered something then begrudgingly evened me out WITH NO APOLOGY. I don't think for a second this particular stylist is representative of the salon as a whole; rather, I just made a bad choice.
