Everything she said made sense to me, and I have been battling with my hair for my entire life as it is very fine and colored. The cut is extremely important. I was able to get an appointment two days later with Sammy and she was wonderful. My hair was also pretty bleached out so I knew it needed a little help in the color area as well. She is awesome and I highly recommend her. No products were pushed at all which I appreciate because at many salons, I tend to feel guilty if I don't buy product. Such a friendly environment where you can tell that they really care about their clients as people... not just as a customer. I am going back for sure. Prices are excellent. Haley had her phone in her pocket which kept vibrating against the table and, while I did not look to be sure, it felt as though she kept checking it as one hand would come off my body during the massage. I've had enough massages to know when the therapist is distracted and this definitely was one of those times. It was unfortunate as I was really looking forward to relaxing. I would go back for the pedicure but not a massage with Haley. I did call and speak with management afterwards about my less than stellar massage service. They did credit me $20 and while I appreciate that, that does not even covered 20% of the service cost.

While I do not always go here, when I am in a pinch and want a great haircut that nobody will notice other than to say, "Hey, great haircut...." - I go there. $15 for a haircut in 2019? Are you kidding. I tip 50%-100% just so the ladies are cared for because they deserve to feel like they are cutting my hair like a $50 salon. Truth is, they are.....
