Maybe they were all new and trying to set the salon up - I don't know, but I did not get a comfortable relaxed feeling or feel as though anyone there had confidence. Worse haircut of my life! I have had a stylist accidently snip a strand or two unevenly, but after 50 years of getting hair cuts, that was the worse of it. The stylist at Alura didn't listen to me and cut my hair in such a way that made my naturally thin hair even thinner. Yep that's what she thought she should do. No texturizing, no feather cut, no precision cut. She made vertical cuts which left me feeling like my hair was butchered. I hope to find a stylist as good as the ones at Eden. I really wish that salon hadn't closed.

They assured me that they could do both services, rather than my returning for one of them, and also still have a blow dry. They both worked to do the foil and blow dry, and Frank gave me a beautiful cut. I was done in under two hours and made it home in plenty of time. I can't thank them enough for knowing how to effortlessly provide outstanding customer service, and for their teamwork in giving me such a great experience prior to the important meeting. No one wore a mask and they tried to tell me that it's okay b/c "everyone" is vaccinated (but how do they know if all the clients are?) At my normal salon, everyone is masked up and they seat the customers far apart, which was not what happened here.
