Get cleaned up here every 3 weeks or so…read more So this is my go-to spot after church. I live 20 minutes away from this Supercuts but I specifically will wait out the week just to come here. Why? Her name is Trish and she is my hair stylist. Before I came across her at the beginning of this year, I would just take any stylist that was available first. Some times it looked money! .... Other days I felt like I wasted money. Before Trish, I would get my haircut during the week and skip coming here because my haircuts came out inconsistent. But ever since Trish cut my hair, I now will wait till I go see her. Some days when it's busy there are a few people waiting for her ... Still ill wait. Other days it's slow and I can immediately see her. I almost hate to brag about her cause then more people may go see her making my wait time possibly longer..... But I have to give credit where credit is due.

Not a single day goes by that I don't remember this place! The way Mary chopped my hair is so awful…read morethat I have to cover my entire head with hair pins. And it pulls, whatever is left of my hair, so tight that I have massive headaches. I don't know what made me trust this place and Mary but for some odd reason I gave a chance to her knowledge and she just destroyed it!. When I left and went to seat in my car and my chair got filled with cut hair which I've never seen before. I looked at rare mirror and was shocked I looked nothing like myself. I looked like a some weird guy with horrific haircut. I was shaking from the shock I just saw, and went back to the place and told Mary that I wanted her know how I feel. I called back next day and Michele asked me for photos. It was humiliating to say this least. I looked awful and had a very important meeting that day. She insisted on sending her photos. Which I did and yes, they refunded money I paid. But it's about three weeks and I am struggling every single day: mornings, afternoon and evening with this so called hair cut. I have migraines and nightmares. And it's just awful absolutely awful. Don't you have any consideration for people? It's not only money you make at this place, it's a feedback of service that you give to get back. In VA I had an amazing lady that did my hair and I will be driving there once I have a tiny little growth of my hair. When you walking and place is odd just run and don't look back. No matter how badly you need that haircut it's better oh way, way better to have you hair then having it chopped by people that careless how would feel afterwords. It hilarious! They featured the photo I asked for the haircut and not the botched one guys save your breath and don't be fooled!

Great (!!!) shaves and haircuts; every one of us was very happy with our results, and the hootch was great. My hair was so chopped that I had to actually go back in and try to get a refund, which I've never done at a hair salon. I paid $90. 50 for the haircut 40 for a tip. The owner refused to give me my full 90 back. She was also hesitant to give me my $50 refund back. She said she could fix my haircut, but she said my haircut was fine. She told me to bring a picture line for a low taper fade next time. Why would I bring a picture for a low taper fade when you told me that all of your employees are experienced. It would be an insult to that employee if I did that. I didn't want her to touch the top in my head. I just wanted a light trim around the sides and I didn't even get that. It is a very young girl who, probably the youngest one there. So if you come across our do not go to her because you will not get your money back and the owner will dispute with you whether the haircut is correct on how you want.

I got my hair done at Salon FabHair by the owner, Marne on August 13th. I made my appointment…read moreonline for full highlights, color, cut, and blow dry, and specified in the comment section the current condition of my hair, what I color it with (all professional products and NO BOX DYE). She didn't listen to a word I said and completely messed it up. I showed a collection of images with red copper and blonde and said I wanted to keep my red hair and add copper and blonde highlights. She made it brown, purple, faded red, yellow, orange, only partial foils, never touched my roots, and cut my hair for a total of 5 minutes. I complained at the salon where the owner and the other stylist tried to gaslight me into thinking it looked good when it looked a mess. They deducted the cost of full highlights from my bill (considering I didn't receive full highlights) and charged me $180. The assistant was super sweet so I tipped her but I also tipped Marne because I know times are tough. When I got home and looked in different lights and mirrors as well as my door woman literally freaking out and upset about what happened to my beautiful red hair, I called the salon. When I called, the owner was busy at that time but the assistant said she would call back. Instead, she had the other hair stylist call me and try to tell me a bunch of lies. They offered to fix it, but if this was their idea of what looked good, I wasn't interested. The amazing stylist who fixed my hair on Thursday August 18th- he took before photos of my hair of what Marne at FabHair did. What Salon FabHair did was a disaster, and it faded drastically in the 4 days between. On Friday August 19th, I sent one final email including all the photos of what they did to me, asked again for them to do the right thing and refund my money. Tuesday August 23rd she finally responded with photos from her security camera and more lies!!!!!!! On the date of service, Marne told me multiple times the great condition of my hair and never mentioned my haircut being uneven. She said that she told me before we started that it would be a process, however the truth is that she didn't mention this until I was already processing and she probably saw it wasn't coming out the way she planned. In fact, I heard her tell several clients this. She claimed in her email that the services she did prepared my hair for the color correction at the other salon I went to get it fixed. The hair stylist who fixed my hair said my hair was not damaged and in great condition. He said "Your highlights pulled up perfectly, actually more perfect than I thought because you had zero banding from your at home work, maybe one in the back but that's whatever. The banding that was there was from improper foil placement from what they did". So what I'm trying to say is- if you like your hair, don't go there. Ever. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Save yourself, and find a salon that cares about their clients and the work they do.
