For the quality of my stylist, I would rate a five. I have been going to Margo since 2004 for my haircuts. Highly qualified and great haircut. I only get a haircut, no blow dry or styling. The reason for my low rank is the significant price increase. I paid $45 in January (preCOVID), $55 in July and $65 in September. I understand some price increase, but that is just TOO much. Customers pay the same price for cut only and cut and style. Time is money, it is less time for a cut only and should be reflected in the price. I will just go less often. Too bad. I think that Tina is the best stylist ever! She listens, has insight, and is very professional. I have been going to her for over 6 years and don't regret one haircut. she recently helped my 94 yr old Mom to get one of the greatest cuts that she has had in a long time. She is patient, funny, caring, and meticulous. Long live Tina!!! She helped me dye bangs blue for my 29th anniv and helped me dye them back when I got over it...we all do crazy things for love. I'm not one to be up on the whole beauty thing as I work in hot sweaty kitchens. I've been dying and killing my hair since I was 14. At the ripe age of 25 my friend Elaina finally convinced me to let her do her hair. Completely terrified I went in and let her work her magic. Here I am a year later. And my hair has never been longer. Healthier and more beautiful. I currently still dye my own pink (as in super specific about brands and how I do it) but my blonde has never looked better!!! I will forever be a client to Elaina. The atmosphere at Onde is always welcoming. Again when I first made the switch to a real hair salon I was nervous, I didn't know what to expect. The staff has always been welcoming and loving. Always asking if I need anything and more then willing to answer any questions I may have. And Toni. OMGZ When she washes out my hair it is amazing. I personally really love Onde. Jackie at the desk is super nice and helpful. I love Mary Alice - she is honest about what will look good and fun to talk to. She knows a lot about hair and treatments. I felt so comfortable with her and learned a few tricks! Pham (so sorry if I spelled this wrong!) is so sweet and does a nice job on my nails. I like coming here when I visit my mom who lives nearby. Prices are reasonable and they have a nice product selection. Lots of nail color choices. I was thrilled the last few times I went. It's a small salon compared to some I've been to but honestly -- I like that better. I had a groupon for Onde Salon a few months ago . I used groupons often as my hair is long and most salons were OK. Onde was a different experience. I had a consult with Margo and it was the most thorough I've had in a long time. Margo suggested layers, modifying my highlights and a bit of product to create volume. The outcome was excellent. I hardly ever fuss with my hair anymore, it always looks good ! No more groupons for hair salons for me. I am sticking with Margo at Onde. Try it, you'll like it. read more

Wonderful salon with very personal customer service. There is a stylist for every need. I went in for a consultation with one stylist, but ended up with another who understood my personality better! But my next visit I brought my mom who then had a consultation with and LOVED the original stylist! I received a spray tan and wax before a destination wedding. The spray tan lasted beautifully 7 days with no streaking or fading. Even by day 8, 9, 10 as the tan faded it didn't have that weird freckley look that I have gotten before. The esthetician I saw was thorough and quick with the wax. She scanned for every little baby hair before letting me leave! I love it here and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great, trendy, and caring salon! read more

The color service I received was excellent but the haircut is easily the worst of my life. I went in for a trim and ended up with a pseudo mullet. "Trimming up my long layers" turned into leaving one stringy longer layer at the bottom and cutting up the rest of my hair to pieces shoulder length and shorter. I hate to write a negative review because the staff was very kind and friendly, but I feel obligated to warn potential clients not to get their hair cut here. I had been growing my hair long and clearly communicated that I wanted to keep growing it long and ended up with half of my hair gone. read more

I now have contact dermatitis due to the awful service I received from Onde Salon. They have no idea how to put on color, it was all over my face, it took the shampoo person 20 to wipe it off. I now have constant swollen eyes, itching, burning and redness on my face that will not go away. It is severe. I now have to get my hair cut short to get the mess out of my hair. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau so do not go!!! read more

This place is amazing!! Growing up having a sister as a hairstyling was really awesome until she moved to another country and i had to find my own stylist. Throughout my search, ive become very restricted on who does my hair (ive had terrible past experiences). I went to elaina at onde, and she understood me so well!! She made me feel comfortable and confident. You wouldnt see any other color other than caramel in my hair until i went to elaina. She is absolutely phenomenal at her job and the sweetest person youll meet :) i am very satisfied with my hair afterwards. She is also willing to give recommendations outside of work hours. This place has the worst staff none of them can get along with each other they all think it's some competition yet that's why this business is failing, I shouldn't overhear the workers screaming and fighting with each other while i'm getting treated. The stylist was able to recreate the updo from the picture I brought in perfectly and it lasted all day. I have been following Jackie (now at Onde) for 15 years. She is a hair coloring specialist and stylist. Jackie treats me like an old friend and knows exactly what I want when I go there. Toni, who cleans and conditions the hair, is worth more than she earns for sure. She massages my head and scalp relieving all pain and stress. Believe me now or hear me later, when I leave there I am flooded with compliments and feel like a princess. Thanks Onde, for Jackie and Toni, and of course Bridget! After reading the negative Yelp reviews of Onde, I'm seriously wondering if those people were at a different salon. A few weeks ago, I needed a cut & highlights desperately. Wanting to live dangerously, I bought a Groupon. Initially, I called a few salons offering the discount. The first four closest to me didn't have a convenient appointment available. At Onde, they could see me in 20 minutes. Yay! The facility is clean and nicely decorated. I was set up with Jackie, a seasoned stylist, who conducted a professional consult & went to work. She applied full highlights, then handed me over to a sweet woman named Toni for a wash. Then back to Jackie for the cut and style. Wow! I looked & felt refreshed. I got exactly what I asked for. It wasn't just a decent experience, it was exceptional. I've tried other salons in the area and have not been nearly as pleased as I was with Onde. I WILL be going back. read more
